I get the first hand of perfume in my face and I see Alejandro stand on his feet. I am not sure who she is and he walks towards her immediately. “Hello, mother.” He says and I stand in surprise and shock. “If he has a different mother.” Then, Cult and him are step brothers? You must be Fiona? She says to me and I clear my throat before heading towards her. “Yes, I…um had no idea you were coming.” I say as she hugs me politely and I stare at Alejandro. You didn’t tell her? His mother says and he bows his head like he has no excuse.

Winona gently pressed his hands and smiled. He could tell it was a genuine smile. Perhaps she was telling the truth. “Can you tell me who I really am?” “Alejandro Villamar Jr., that’s your real name. You’re the first-born of a business tycoon. You have a very influential family. You have a wife, Katherine Concepcion. I don’t really know much about her, except that you kept your relationship a secret to the public. And oh, you have a brother, who’s also my friend. His name’s Fernan—”

" Aurelia tried to make out any impressions through the fog of her dream world that might have seemed more real than others. But apart from the angel and the heat she couldn't think of anything and since both probably spoke more for the fact that she wasn't quite there, she better kept it to herself. Alexander thought Daniel has probably lost his mind to give up their mate and insist on sticking by Kasey's side. God knew how much disgust he felt whenever he smelled Kasey's scent. Alexander decides to play dirty. "I don't care. I want my mate, so let me shift back!" His none-stop whining makes Daniel headache. As far as he is shocked to see Heather here, he has not lost his rationale. Daniel says curtly. "You're mistaken. That's not Heather." "Impossible!" Alexander growls in his mind. "She's my mate. No way I don’t recognize her!"

"For Dad's memorial photo, can we use this one?" The photo he handed me showed Alexander sitting in a car, smiling brightly at the camera. It was the last one taken before the rogue attack. In it, Alexander looked strong, healthy, completely unaware that within hours his world would be shattered. I didn't take it, instead pulling out a yellowed photograph from the stack of documents. "Let's use this one. It's mentioned in his will." The photo showed a young Alexander, probably in his thirties. He had his arm around a teenage Ethan who had just been accepted to Crescent Moon High School. Both of them were grinning widely, pride radiating from every line of their bodies.

“You were elated after I was done. Don’t even try to deny it.” She nodded at one of the girls who more than eagerly added another fire below him. “Oh, fuck,” he cries out. “That is my sister!” The soft growl was followed by a loud groan and a curse. I didn’t know what she did to him but he clearly didn’t like it. All the other girls did though. “You have an hour or so more, alpha. It is almost all out.” Amelia said to me, finally addressing me without so much venom in her tone.

My heart pounds fast when I hear the head of maids uttering those words. "Does she want to disgrace me? Hey! I am doomed" I soliloquies. We all went out and everyone, all maids, guards, and everyone staying in the chamber with the Alpha's mother and a lady staying in the middle of the crowd. "Hello everyone, this is Anna, she is the daughter of the Lycan King in our nearby pack, her name is Anna, and she is the Luna of our Alpha, Alpha Lucas"

Alpha Alejandro sat alone in his dark office. The only light in the room came from a single candle that was burning down to its wax. On his desk sat three empty bottles of strong whiskey. He held a fourth bottle in his hand, staring at the liquid inside. The entire pack house was completely quiet, but inside Alejandro’s head, the noise was deafening. Every time he closed his eyes, he saw the exact same thing. He saw his stepbrother, Elijah, and Roxanne lying together on the bed in the nursery. He could still smell the thick scent of mating heat that had filled that room.
