Amy’s POV The clinking of cutlery against porcelain echoed through the dining room, but it all felt distant, like I was underwater, detached from everything around me. I sat at the table, staring blankly at my plate as the events of last night replayed in my mind. The party was supposed to be perfect, well, maybe it was. I had fun but I was worried about who the new guy was. He was going to throw me off balance."Amy, how was your party last night?" My mother’s voice pierced through my thoughts, pulling me back to the present.

Alice was standing next to her mom, her eyes fixed on the two strangers sitting across from them. Her forehead was creased, and she looked tired. Willow felt bad for waking her up. If it weren’t life and death, she wouldn’t have bothered her. “Hi, Alice,” Willow greeted her softly. “I’m sorry for waking you up like this, but we really need your help.” Alice rubbed her eyes sleepily, yawning loudly. “It’s okay, Aunt Will. What happened?”

Drew stared intently at Alice's appearance, which had changed so drastically. He thought to himself, how could Alice be with Adam Anderson and even be his partner tonight? question after question kept popping up in Mrs. Drew Holmes' mind. Likewise with Sera and Phillip, they were both equally shocked and shocked when they found out that this stunning looking woman was the ugly Alice. Is it a joke? how could Alice's appearance change 180 degrees in just a few weeks? Is she plastic surgery!? And how could Alice know Adam Anderson, the ruler of the notorious city of Miami? When I woke up, I was in an underground cell chained with silver, there was no means of escaping. I really wanted to see the face of my kidnapper. Who would dare attack an Alpha werewolf? I tried escaping from the chains, but they would not bulge and I was getting weaker and weaker. It wasn't long before the door rattled, and I was hopeful that it was someone who would rescue me. I thought wrong. It was my mate's Father, the leader of the witches coven. I was surprised to see he was behind my kidnapping.

She looks ready to crawl into a hole, yet she does everything to conceal her embarrassment by reaching out a hand across the table for Finn to shake. "I believe we didn't properly introduce ourselves. I'm Alice, and I'm not a werewolf but a witch." Finn grins and shakes her hand. "My name is Finn, and I'm a fairy." "Fairy?" Alice blinks. "But I always thought they were tiny?" Finn smirks in amusement. "Really? Because in my world, fairies can change their size—most are large enough to eat humans. I've savored some unlucky souls myself, but I prefer creatures with fewer bones in them. Humans taste weird."

Alice woke up the next morning and went into a mood of panic the moment she found herself in her old room in Landon's house. She looked under bedcovers and let out a scream as she was only wearing her lace bra and cotton panties, Landon rushed in and when she saw him she let out another scream. ‘Willow?!! "What's so amazing about the treasure being the power of friendship or some crap like that?" Lucius muttered under his breath.
