Alpha Swap Novel Claire And Tereshan Novels & Stories

her nervous voice came through the link, and all my hopes had flown out the window. “Coming,” I assured her, and in the next moment, I saw her too. She was standing in the main hall, near the open door, trembling in horror. Through the open door, I could see a group of men emerging from the forest, and I recognized their leader as Alpha D’Angeli. I went to her and reached out to hold her ice-cold hand, but I didn’t take my eyes off of the new arrivals. He had four men with him, and I recognized hib Beta, Nico Serrano, and three others in their wolf form.

"Your child could change everything for our kind." "My child is not your experiment." "Your child is pack property. Clause Seven is clear." "Clause Seven was written by a woman you murdered." Voss's smile didn't waver. "Seraphine was a traitor. She hid her pregnancy. She ran. She forced our hand." She stepped closer. "Don't make the same mistakes, girl." Kael moved between us. "Touch her, and I'll kill you." "You can try, Alpha. But you're outnumbered."

Of how we should ignore meeting so he can take me back to that spot where I used to sleep when I was here, so he can change the memories of the lonely nights I had there, to pleasant ones. That had made me slap his arm playfully, and when he smiled back down at me, I saw that he was intentionally doing this. “Everything.” Claire says, her face turning a dark shade of red. She has a vice grip on Jude’s left hand, as they are both standing at the right side of the platform, while Ryan and I are standing at the left side of it. She turns to Jude. “What of earth are they saying about taking over? You told me you Alpha.”

The womans scent blows in my nose again and I'm scowling, wanting to turn away. “ Her name is Claire and she's Alpha of Feral Pack. A maniac and a woman who needs my help-” “ Stop it,” I don't need his explanation. Where is he explaining himself? “ I met up with her and my Beta. There's a bit of a problem on ground and she needs all the hands she can get. I couldn't even pay attention to her words, I was too concerned about my mate and worried if she'd left by now seeing how I stupidly left the door unlocked,” he's leaning down till he's only inches away from my face while I lean away, putting myself in an uncomfortable position and posture like I'm leaning on my back.

He raises his right hand, tossing a heavy, blood-soaked parchment scroll onto the floor between us. The blood on the parchment is fresh, steaming slightly in the cold hall air. Written across the center in crude, jagged wolf-script is my name—Joxie Whitlock. "Celt's wolf broke through the third containment seal at the Davis Alpha Residence ten minutes ago," Creed whispers, his golden eyes locking straight onto mine over Thatcher's shoulder with lethal intensity. "He signed a territorial blood claim on your human scent. You walk out of here with me right now, Joxie... or my enforcers tear this lounge down to the stone foundation."

She couldn’t lose her memories. "No!" She cried, her voice filled with desperation.. "Please, don't do this. I’m aware that I am not the best of persons considering my actions these past months…” “Try years…” Maya interrupted with a sneer on her lips. Claire hung her shoulders in shame. “I’m sorry. But I want in, in whatever you all are planning to win this upcoming war. After all, I am mated to an Alpha.” Curtis’ heart beat slowed, just at the same time that Freya scoffed.

The red liquid ran down the white wall like blood on virgin land. One minute I was staring at a wall stained with red wine, the next I was staring at the forest floor stained with real blood. I shook my head and was back in the room again. I was going crazy. It's only a matter of time before the news travels outside the wall of the estate. The Alpha is running mad and can no longer rule the pack. Perhaps now, Sam would get what he has always wanted. Only this time, he doesn't have to make any attempt to fight for it.

“Kill me and you'll be stuck in my body forever.” That made him stop. For one long moment, we just stood there, chest to chest, or chest to boobs, technically, glaring at each other. Survive the Alpha Trials, the goddess had said. This was the only way to survive. I swallowed hard. “Look. I don’t know what’s happening. I don’t know how we… swapped… or how to fix it. But maybe instead of trying to strangle each other, we could focus on that instead!" “Fine,” he bit out and it felt weird seeing the murderous look in my own eyes. I dropped him down and he held a finger pointed at me. “But when we get out of this, I am putting you in chains until I figure out what you are.”

“Claire, this is your last chance. Walk away from him now and we can forget this ever happened. The pack needs you. I need you. Do not throw your life away for a stranger.” I shake my head. “You needed a puppet. Not a daughter. You have to understand that I am done with everything about you two.” The room feels smaller. One woman in the back looks almost sorry for me but she stays quiet. Typical. No one wants to go against the Alpha. Tyler steps closer, voice dropping like he thinks he can still win me over. “Remember all the good times. The plans we made, our future together. You really forgetting all of that, we've been together for three years Claire”

We sat together in the quiet of the east wing while below us the pack house moved through its afternoon, doors, footsteps, the distant sound of training in the yard, and I thought about three girls who had sat in this same wing, looked out this same window, and eventually left in ways Isla wouldn't describe. I was not going to be the fourth. I pressed my mother's bracelet between my palm, ignoring the heavy, unnatural chill that cut straight into my skin like ice, and made myself that promise slowly and deliberately, the way you make a promise you intend to keep. The door to my room opened without a knock. Thomas stood in the frame, that professional smile in place, a folded note in his han
