Alphas Stepping Novels & Stories

I smiled. "What if I did?" He said, trying to be bold. "Even if you did... it would never work out." I blurted. He flinched at what I said and didn't talk anymore. I waited and waited but he didn't say a thing, even his friends didn't utter a word. "She's right, you know?" Misa unexpectedly said, making me look at her. "I'm sure you heard me say it before, you know... when you were eavesdropping. He's an alpha and not just any alpha, he's an elite among elite."

The same instruction the first voice had given me at the original site. Go home. And the specific quality of that instruction in the clean world. Not retreat. Not return to what was. Not go back to the corrupted choices in the familiar places. Go home to the clean foundation and begin. I looked at the young Alpha. “Yes,” I said. He nodded. He turned. He walked toward the valley gate. The other thirteen followed. One by one. Fourteen Alphas walking out of the valley grounds in the first full light of the first morning of the beginning.

“Command me. Make me believe you’re an alpha.” He hesitated, his eyes darting to the side. Then he straightened, his voice steady but strained. “Step back.” It was weak, barely a nudge against my wolf. I stepped closer instead, crowding his space. “That’s it? Try harder, Val.” His jaw clenched, and he tried again. “Step. Back.” Stronger this time, but still nothing compared to a real alpha. I smirked, leaning in until our faces were inches apart. “You’re gonna have to do better than that.”

ELIAS’S POV My father’s voice still echoed through the mountain trail as he walked ahead of usq. “Alphas don’t collapse. They adapt. Move!” The path ahead of us twisted upward, narrow and rough. My lungs burned, and sweat soaked through my training shirt, clinging to my back. Every step felt like dragging chains. Halfway up the hills, bodies began dropping. First-year Alphas stumbled to their knees. Second years leaned against trees, gasping, some clutching at their ribs.

“Are you Alpha or is your name Turner?” There was a smile on his face now as he replied. “My name is Turner but I am the Alpha of this wolf pack and Nash is my Beta.” My head was starting to hurt from all the excitement and stress from the last couple of days. I looked around the room to try and calm my nerves. My eyes meet little Ella, she looks so sad. “What is wrong Ella?” “I don’t want to lose you,” she said. It broke my heart that this little girl wants me in her life so bad. She is the sweetest little girl, but I can not wrap my mind around all this fantasy. How could they feed this to a child?

But I saw that he was positioning himself just close enough to snap the man’s neck. The only problem was… I might not let him have the honor. I sat down and let my fingers brush against the fur-lined armrest. Something about the feel of it calmed me for a second. It was a subtle acknowledgment of the Alpha instincts that guided our pack. It reminded everyone that even in this modern, civilized setting, our wolf essence remained intact. How… calming indeed. ________________ “I am sorry, Alpha, but we cannot afford to have both Alphas without mates or heirs. It undermines our pack’s stability and diminishes our standing among other packs. It is imperative that you fulfill this obligation,” Alp

Grace,” Stephen murmured. If I had thought his tone was cold, it was nothing compared to the shimmering veins of ice in his eyes, rooting me to the spot as my childhood nerves came flooding back I should have known he would still be here. It wasn't uncommon for ALphas to step down from their role, allowing their sons to ascend earlier than planned in order to keep the strongest wolves at the top - this would serve as a warning to other packs. We were lead by the strongest, but if by some stretch of the imagination Duke was to be defeated, Stephen was still here, ready to take his place if Duke did not have sons old enough. In the meantime, Stephen would act as a rule enforcer, making sure th

Alpha Lyra humbly acknowledged, offering a respectful bow before retaking her seat, satisfied with Tricc's guidance. In turn, each Alpha nodded in comprehension, their trust in Tricc unshakable as his counsel illuminated a path through the shadows of uncertainty. As the deliberations persisted late into the night, the Alphas found reassurance in Tricc's guidance, recognizing that with his wisdom to guide them, they stood unified and resolute against the challenges ahead.

Luna turned. Fifty steps stretched from her boots to the peak of the obsidian altar. In the middle of those fifty steps stood seven top-tier Alphas, each capable of tearing the world apart. The first, Rex. His two-meter greatsword was planted before him, black Direwolf blood dripping from the fuller and splattering onto the stone. His violent amber eyes locked onto her, and his wildfire pheromones raged with such intensity that the very air seemed to warp and distort from the heat. She took a step. He didn't move. Another. The tips of their boots were almost touching.

Casting a cautious glance around, Steph ensured that no prying eyes were nearby before securely closing and locking the door to Jax's chambers. "Father, what if I told you I found a way to get that bitch Alpha alone with you, where you can do whatever you want, ensuring it’s her last day in this world?” Steph whispered, her eyes gleaming with malice. “I know it tore you apart not to finish what you started, and now I offer you the perfect opportunity.” "Steph, what you're saying is not only immorally wicked but also absolutely unsettling," a devilish smirk played on the Beta's face. "I love it."
