April whispered, her voice shaky. Aiden hugged her back, rubbing her back gently. “I’m fine. How's Alex?” Before April could respond, she noticed Lucifer standing nearby, his eyes locked on Aiden. His stare was intense, almost dangerous, and for a moment, it looked like Lucifer might lose control. His wolf was clearly trying to take over, but he fought to keep it in check. April quickly stepped back from Aiden, sensing the tension between the two men. "Lucifer, please. This is about Alex," she said softly, trying to calm him down.

The crown prince had the power to go wherever he wished. “Are those werewolves,” I questioned Valerian, gawking at some wolves whose furs had stripes of white and red. The big one sat on the grass, and the smaller ones were playing with her tail. His face turned serious for a moment but went relaxed when he looked out to see them. “No, Those are actual wolves. Nothing special to worry about,” he chuckled, pulling his head back into the carriage. “How can you tell the difference?” I asked again, trying to hide my confusion.
