Valerie: Steam curled from the marble tub, fogging the mirrors and softening the edges of the room. The scent of sandalwood drifted through the air, one of his, not mine. At this point I didn't even have it in me to try and choose the scent. I sat inside the tub, watching as Xavier poured in more soap to the hot water. His sleeves were rolled up, the veins in his forearms catching the light. For once, there was no command in his movements, no arrogance. Just silence. I swallowed my tears, forcing myself to look away from the crimson imprint that now stained Amanda's neck.

I hated rogues a lot, I couldn't even stand them, and I don't care if she is my mate or not, a rogue is a rogue. "She's our mate, you need to accept her." My wolf said.
