This outcome was inevitable. As it finished speaking, the temperature spiked. The hail and snow covering the ground melted away, silently marking the end of the old world. The air turned so hot that it was hard to breathe, like the whole world had been sealed inside a furnace, cooking the people trapped inside. Trees erupted into flames, floodwaters surged across the ground beneath them, and steam filled the air. For a moment, the crowd went still, then the panic broke again. The ground groaned and split. "The world's ending! Queen Charlotte, please come back and save us!"

Alfi asked. “FYI, if the world is destroyed, the Supernatural Realm will remain to exist. This realm will never be able to be destroyed no matter how strong you are. You may destroy this world, and we won’t get in your way as this realm is imperishable like the Heaven and the Hell.” Jeje explained. “That’s right. Why you have to take a risk like protecting that perishable world while you can stay here peacefully with us?” Cocong added. “No working, no money, you just need to learn some manners. Is the Supernatural realm better than the world?” Aoi added.

“It will be much like it was at the World’s Fair opening, Evelyn. Simply follow my lead. Can you do that?” Evelyn’s pulse kicked up a notch. Their trip to the World’s Fair had been like visiting an alternate existence. It went beyond simply politely 'familiar'. That had been an imaginary World of Tomorrow where the natural hierarchy and boundaries of wealth and social status had been erased, like the idealized Democracity or the egalitarian Futurama. Where people attracted to one another were free to explore that gift in each other's company without question.

There were several more distant planets and countless more constellations. Whatever this place was, it was far above that of a simple Cover Barrier. This so called barrier was the exit of this world! Outside the window, the collapse of the world intensified. Skyscrapers fell one after another. The ground split open with massive cracks, where rivers of molten lava gushed out, staining half the sky a burning red. The wind howled violently. Rain poured down in sheets. Hailstones crashed against everything in sight. The entire world was shaking and falling apart. The cries of people grew fainter and fainter until they eventually disappeared completely. Those who had slandered me, those who had hurt me, and those who had once mocked me had all turned to dust in this disaster.
