Scent Caught By The Alpha

Scent Caught By The Alpha

How long are they going to wait until his demands were laid there and I realize that I was backed to a corner? “Taylor please…’’ “It’s Luna Taylor!’’ I corrected him firmly. “Luna Taylor, what I mean is that I understand what it feels to be an outsider.’’ “ I am not an outsider.’’ I said, “ look at me, does an outsider become queen? does an outsider have responsibilities on her shoulders that could change if it off more than 13,000 wolves? does an outsider become a powerful Queen and Luna to a superior species?’’ “That's not what I'm

Claimed by the Ruthless Biker

Claimed by the Ruthless Biker

They were huddled over a map, their heads close, their bodies moving in a synchronized dance they had clearly practiced for years. The attraction I felt for Ruan was still there—a pulsing, living thing that made my blood hum whenever he was near. But the realization that I was an outsider in his world was becoming a weight I couldn't ignore. I wasn't a biker. I wasn't a criminal. I was a woman who had seen a crime and was now paying for it with her soul.

one of them replied. “No,” I corrected. “You requested my attention. There’s a difference.” Silence. “Where is she?” I asked. “Who?” I smiled slightly. “Don’t make me repeat myself.” One of them leaned back, trying to act relaxed. “You’re asking about someone who doesn’t deal with people like you.” “People like me?” “Businessmen. Outsiders.” I took a step closer, my voice calm. “Let me make something clear,” I said. “There is no such thing as an outsider when I decide to step in.”

But I didn’t want to! “It’s always scary at first, especially with the Suicide’s, but I think you’ll be perfect for it. You get to be an Outsider; most people here would kill for a job like that! As long as you are focusing on that family’s location, you can do whatever you want. You can run as far away as you like from here and no-one will be out there hunting you down. You can even go to the Other Side if you like. Essentially, you’ll be free.” “I’m…. free?” I sniffled.

The Making of a King

The Making of a King

the man says suddenly in a condescending tone that makes me want to scream at him. Instead, I look away from him. I won't let him see me cry or panic. He doesn't deserve the satisfaction. Chloe and I were only here to help the situation between humans and wolves. Outcast is a place of peace and these people have ruined that. They hate me because I have a wolf spirit inside of me. I have done nothing to them and I do not deserve his hatred. Their species is the one who deserves hate. They have killed today.

The was a very enjoyable read. The story didn’t drag, didn’t go off in a thousand directions, didn’t try to introduce a million characters to drag the book out (like my 1st book on this app that’s still ongoing). This story makes me want to read all her stories. I highly recommend this book & author

Rejected Crown: Perpetual Twilight

Rejected Crown: Perpetual Twilight

“I’ve never really talked about my past with anyone before.” “Neither have I,” I admit. “Growing up in the pack was difficult,” Quinn says as she plays with her shirt. “I always felt like an outsider, even when I was alone with my family.” “I understand that,” I say, thinking back to my own struggles. “It’s hard when you are so different from the people around you.” “Maybe that’s why we are drawn to each other,” she shrugs. “We’re both outsiders, looking for something more.” “Perhaps,” I agree. “But we shouldn’t let the expectations of others define us. We can choose our own path.”

Crimson Outcast

Crimson Outcast

The other omegas would be cleaning, laughing, gossiping, their world spinning in a rhythm I no longer fit. A light knock snapped me from my thoughts, but when I waited, breath held, no one entered. Cautiously, I stood and moved to the cracked window, peering down at the grounds stretched out beyond the pack house. I watched as the sun caught on semi dew-laced grass, turning each blade into a sliver of gold. Somewhere, a hawk screamed its wild note, and I envied the freedom in its call.

Out Of Bounds

"So where are we going?" "Well, you said keep it causal so how does a diner sound? Burgers and fries." "Amazing." By the time I pulled into the diner, I knew we had people following us. I told Brian when and where we were going, and I let them take it from there. I parked and got out and ran to her side and opened her door up for her. I held my hand out for her to take. She shot me a glare but quickly took my hand and pasted that fake smile on her face. I knew that the hard exterior was slowly cracking and she was trying to put it back up, but I've seen the cracks and it's getting bigger and bigger.

THE OUTCAST’S ALPHA MATE: LOVE AND REDEMPTION

THE OUTCAST’S ALPHA MATE: LOVE AND REDEMPTION

Marian mused as Dinka whined quietly in their mind space, backing away in her mind, with disdain. Right behind Marian, the closest person to her, the one she would have to kiss, was the pack outcast; the largest, fattest, weakest pack member; an unranked pack member with no scent and no known wolf within – Reyland Garrant, Alpha Dax’s biological son. He smiled shyly at Marian, backing away as he flushed deep red. Reyland was tall, the tallest pack member, but he was also overweight, ungainly, and without any wolf traits to boast of.

OUT OF HIS FRAME

OUT OF HIS FRAME

At the start of graduation season, my boyfriend took more than two hundred photos of Madison Vale. Chase Whitman was president of Westbridge University’s photography club. He knew how to find flattering light and how to coax people out of stiff smiles. Madison stood beneath the maples outside the library in a white dress, her graduation cap tucked under one arm. “Am I taking up too much of your time?” she asked. Chase checked the last few shots and smiled. “You make my job easy.” When it was finally my turn, he barely looked at me. “Stand by the tree.” He clicked the shutter twice and lowered the camera. “Done.” I stared at him. “That’s it?” He turned the screen toward me. In one photo my ey
