Angel looked back at us again...to make sure we are still there. I blew kisses at her. Leo waved her cut out again. Her greyish eyes sparkled and her ears slowly turning the same soft pink her dad’s always did when he was overwhelmed with happiness. In all her seven years, I’d never seen her blush quite like that. It was so beautiful I couldn’t resist—I quickly pulled out my phone and snapped a picture, capturing the exact moment her nerves melted into pure, radiant joy.

Everyone’s eyes were on me, taking me in, judging me. “Uh. Hi. I’m Angel. I’m excited to be here.” I say, bowing my head a little before sitting back down. I could feel my cheeks burning with a blush as I did everything in my power not to meet the eyes I could feel watching me. Just as I had formed my opinions of them as they introduced themselves, I knew they were doing the same. Could they tell how nervous I was? Were they judging me for not being from alpha blood?

The next day was the thirtieth day of the New Year, actually on the twenty-ninth there was a bit of a bustling atmosphere of the New Year. By the thirtieth day, it was even clearer that Anne Jenner slept until more than nine o'clock, the first thing she did was doing yoga, then having breakfast, while receiving messages from Betha, CEO Mark, and Anna Dawn. Never thought that Anna Dawn would text her to invite her to dinner. Anna Dawn said that she still had some schedules, so she had to spend Lunar new year in L City, she thought Anne Jenner was alone, so she hoped that two lonely people should eat together to avoid loneliness.

I held his hand before he could leave, "Be safe." He caressed my cheeks and kissed my forehead. His eyes lowered down to my lips and he shut his eyes and swallowed deeply. I knew exactly what he wanted to do but we can't kiss on the lips ever again cuz if that happens... everything will not be okay with us and he knew it too. He cleared his throat, "I promise." These flashes had happened several times and they were all blurry. But this time, they were crystal clear. Parts of his past life flashed before him and of the young woman whose face had always been blurred and whose face he would have killed to clearly behold. But, this time, he could see her face clearly and it was a very familiar face. His Laura. His Carrot. His Angel. He felt different. He felt as if he had been reborn. His eyes found them again. This time she had a small smile on her face and was slowly but hesitantly giving the bastard her hand to slide in the ring.

I crumbled the note and threw it on the bed he was lying on. He - the nameless guy - stared at me with an intense light in his eyes, one that could melt stones and freeze water. Did that make any sense? Nope but that's what I felt when I took a glimpse in his yellow-green eyes. "So, I will have to put up with you for a long time." I whispered loud enough for him to hear. "Like it or not." "Let's not fight like kittens then okay? We can stay civilized and like good friends. But first ground rules."

However, it wasn’t the same as to what I'm seeing now. There was a boy. I can’t recognize his face because of the weird blurry effect of the dream. The only thing I saw clearly were his eyes. His emerald-colored eyes are still engraved in my mind. Even though it’s already been a year since I last dreamt of it, I still can’t forget his eyes. The scenes may be different to what I'm seeing now, but they were both peculiar and still not on earth.

This one happens to be gorgeous and that's is a bad thing. Unlike the picture, Eli is in an extremely low cut which only indicates that he's gotten tired of his curly hair. His glasses are sitting on the bridge of his nose and Anna told me his glasses were specifically designed to be worn from 7 am to 9 pm to not wear out his eyes and cause further damage to his rod and cones.

When he saw how peaceful she looked when she was sleeping, the corners of his sexy and charming lips curved into a blissful smile. Time may have passed, but in his eyes, Angeline would always remain the source of his joy and delight regardless of her age—just like how he remembered her to be in his youth. It ended up with the man on his stomach with his arm up behind his back at an odd angle and Angel saying coldly “Touch me again, and that part of you that you so highly value will need to be permanently removed from the back of your throat, we clear?” Garrett hadn’t missed that statement, actually he would never tell Hunter, but he figured half the men on the beach found it as hot as he did. This girl was a complete enigma, she had so many layers, that Hunter was right no one would ever get through them. Their days in the sand and sun seemed to fly by, the night of New Year’s had been magical here on the island, she’d been so happy to be spending it with her family.
