The ambiance inside the tower did not just grow warm; it began to sing. Alpha Malphas’s giant obsidian broadsword hung suspended in the air, the toxic purple electricity crackling along its jagged edge just inches above Duncan’s defenseless human face. The giant’s muscles were locked, his massive frame straining to drive the blade downward, but he could not move. I clenched my teeth and braced myself for what I am about to witness next, only to let out a breath when the black wolf was ripped off of her and a majestic gray wolf sends him flying to the back of the cave. The gray wolf growled thunderously and he pounces at the black wolf who suddenly looked smaller compared to him. Zanicus. I could tell with his cobalt blue eyes and aura changing as he tears the wolf apart, limb by limb. When it was all over, he shifted back and quickly moved to Cora’s side. He whimpered when Cora coughed blood which slid down from the corners of her mouth, and her eyes crying blood as she clutches her stomach. “Cora?” his voice barely sounded like a whisper.

Aurora is brimming with magic, and seeing Annalise like this is feeding her emotions straight into it. “I don’t know,” I reply. “We’ll just have to wait and see.” As if the universe heard Aurora’s question, Annalise’s entire body begins to glow. Damien jumps back as the rest of us watch in stunned silence. The glow intensifies, and Annalise transforms. Her jeans and T-shirt morph into an old fighting uniform—the same one we wore as the First Order. The glow deepened, pulsating in waves.

Marie suggested. “Please, hurry up before something bad happens to her,” Cynthia said. Marie raised her hand over Anima's face and let out a soft breath, but before she could do anything, Anima's eyes opened, glowing bright white. Marie quickly pulled her hands away, and they all stared at Anima with confused looks on their faces. Anima sat up, then got up from the bed. Her dress transformed into armor, and she slowly walked out of the room. “What's happening? Where is she going?” Cynthia asked.

They have this black and gold shift to them. What the fuck is that?

Liz ran into my room as I crashed on the floorboards, clutching my hand and hearing Liz's voice getting farther before it went black. My body now coursing with Cynosors power lifted the metal debris off of me and lifting me in mid air. I felt the presence of the Aromoly simmer as I fell helpless to the ground only to have Rick leap up and catch me in his arms.

On the other hand, Jade had difficulty because she was not used to doing that. After several attempts, Jade finally succeeded. Her pendant exuded power. A red light gleamed like a demon's eye. She closed her eyes tighter after seeing that and found that Amora's pendant was emitting a green color. Amora pushed her hand slowly into empty air as if she was gently pushing something. She slowly took her wolf out of her body. "Impossible! How can she do it?” Jade squealed in disbelief. She saw what wolf Amora looked like. It was a wolf that was Graceful and majestic, had extremely soft bright fur, and alluring green eyes.
