Biting my lip in concentration. "I think I'm done," I say, his face is outstanding better already. Patching itself together as though nothing happened. He doesn't move, "you're beautiful." I flush. Looking down and picking at my cracked nails. "Stop." Chris merely smiles, "You are Andrea. And I'm going to remind you every chance I get." I fumble to words, to any response. I've never considered myself beautiful. My almost platinum blonde hair was weirdly natural and my blue eyes where so light they sometimes seemed to reflect clouds. But beautiful? No.

Anna catches me looking at her and heads to the kitchen but I'm right behind her. "Hey, you sure you're okay Banana" I say using the nickname I know she hates. When Jared and I met Anna and Laynie in high school, I thought for sure that Anna would be a stuck-up princess. I felt like I had seen her type before. Long blonde hair, cheerleader, wore makeup at a young age, but when she opened her mouth, she showed such charisma, such bravery, like she was fighting the world and easily winning. I wanted to know her better, I wanted to show her that someone saw her for who she really was, and liked what they saw.

The maid began to pour oils into the tub, while I watched her. She looked young, she couldn’t be older than sixteen, she had her auburn hair packed into a neat bun. “What’s your name?” I asked, as I sat on a stool. She looked up, a little shocked, as if she was unused to being spoken to. “My name is Annie, your grace.” “Annie,” I repeated, and smiled a small smile. “You don’t have to call me Luna. I’m… well, I’m not exactly what you’d expect from a queen.” I said and smiled.

Avery Consoled. After Anna Calmed down. " let's leave that for now alright? " " Okay," Anna Nodded. " Can you tell me about yourself, Anna? " " Hmm... I can feel the pain and soreness washing away as the dirty circles the drain, but the rest of me just wants to get back to the kids, back to normal. Anna decides it's time to get out for me, bursting into the bathroom without a single knock. “I found some really nice ones!” she yells to me. I switch off the water and reach for a towel, stepping out to find her arms heaping with clothes. She shows me each one, explaining in detail how they’ll compliment my hair or eyes. How I’ll look like a princess. She stops suddenly, seeming to remember something. “Did you know you actually are a princess?” she asks with wonder. I chuckle. “I don’t think so, but you’re my princess.”
