Rejected by Duke Taken by Ace

Rejected by Duke Taken by Ace

She said, looking up at him in painful disbelief. Duke leaned over the doorframe and crossed his hands on his chest. “I don’t give a fuck what you think of yourself. Scram, Minsi. I do not ever wish to see you again.” Duke rasped. Minsi spared him a last glance before picking herself up and starting to walk out of the room with a shattered heart and only searing pain escorting her out.

The Duke And I

The Duke And I

Of all the traits she could have linked to the Duke, she wouldn’t have guessed him a frequent guest of an establishment such as this one. "Aye," Anne nodded slowly. "He did. Must have been several years ago though. Handsome fellow like him, you don’t forget a face like that easily. He came here often, but he never stayed long. The girls and I talked, but we never found out what he came here for. Most times, he just talked with Miss Herenton down in the drawing room. Which was odd because this is the last place men would come to ‘talk’. I’ve seen a lot of men in my days, haughty aristocrats and measly beggars. I’ve seen the lot. But a man like your Duke, I’ve never seen one like him. Stone-fa

Great read! normally I read books that are hard to follow due to being poorly translated, not historically accurate and reflective of the country the story is based in. but, this book was entertaining and had a really good plot.

True talent. I want to read more by this up and coming author. This is literary art at its finest. Could not put it down. Emotions, humor and turns I wasn't expecting. I can only wait on tender hooks for another book. Sequel please!

Hotter Than Hell

Hotter Than Hell

“Give the man a break from talking business until he’s settled or I will talk children until we’re home.” Sofia knew how to be a proper biker bitch and I smiled when Dax winked at me in the rearview mirror. Duke had a grin too. Nothing would ruin going home for him. The cabin was cool against the outside heat and stocked with food. The bitches had prepared casseroles and other assorted easy-to-heat dishes. Duke crutched his way inside and collapsed on the couch. He tired easily and hated it. He gave himself no credit for how far he’d come.

Absolutely amazing read! Great reader captivation, there seems to actually be a quality editorial team proofreading this novel. I highly recommend it to anyone on this app! To date it is the only novel I've paid to read and I've been using the app for the better part of 6months.

No Longer Your Puppet, Duke

No Longer Your Puppet, Duke

Before Derrick could even turn around, a pair of slender arms wrapped smoothly around his neck from behind. "Duke ... I finally found you," Aira whispered, leaning in to press her soft cheek against his ear. The black-haired man flinched. Instead of feeling pleased, his anger flared. With a rough, sudden shove, he broke her embrace and spun around to face her. "Are you out of your mind?! Who allowed you to touch me in a place like this?!" Aira offered a sorrowful, fragile smile, her glassy, light purple eyes shimmering with unshed tears. "When the Duke is angry, it breaks my heart."

THE DUKE'S FORBIDDEN PROPHECY

THE DUKE'S FORBIDDEN PROPHECY

The Duke walks ahead, his shadow long, while murmurs twist behind me - part wonder, part warning. A gentle pressure appears there, low along the spine. His fingers settle without hurry. That touch stays quiet, certain. It fits just right behind me. A hard grip takes hold - no softness in it. Firm, sure, holding me in place like something claimed. Through the light fabric, his hand burns against me, warmth pressing deep, leaving marks without touching bare skin. Heat stays long after a moment. Near my ear, he bends low, voice quiet but body loud. Breath moves small strands of hair, tickling, breaking the stillness.

The Disreputable Duke

The Disreputable Duke

Grant Dawkins leaned against the bus stop and watched the shining glass tower block's doorway where Conway Gibbs offices were. He'd seen Jasper and Ellie walk in hand in hand about an hour ago; they couldn't be much longer surely. She was a bit of a'right that Ellie a bit too a'right to hurt. He wouldn't hurt her too much, not permanently anyhow. Maybe he should just go for Jasper. If he topped him, he would be a Duke. Grant lit another cigarette and thought about that. Would he want that, all that performance? He hardly had the right accent for a Duke, and he couldn't see himself being hoity-toity wiv a load o' toffs, having dinner parties and cocktails. Huh, the only cocktail he wanted was

Sold to Alpha Brothers

Sold to Alpha Brothers

“It’s rare that anyone inherits so much from their parents…. Tell that dragon boy not to slip up.” Duke scowled at him, and I laughed. We shuffled out of the building and climbed into the Escort car. I hadn’t intended to stay the night, but as soon as I entered the Blood Moon Estate, I couldn’t convince myself to leave. It certainly helped that David came flying down the stairs in nothing but a towel, still soaked from the shower. Duke and I stood in the foyer as he reached the bottom floor. His hair was plastered to his forehead, droplets clung to his sculpted chest and slipped down his chest. Steam swirled around him like a cloak, but I couldn’t tell if that was because the water on him wa

Reborn as Problematic Duke's Daughter

Reborn as Problematic Duke's Daughter

"She is a genius, Albert. But, compared with me, she is in the entry level of geniuses. So, I want to give her an easy task," "My Lord...," Albert was sure that Duke Lancia really love his daughter. He just can't express it well. But, now.. Maybe he might be wrong. "Don"t look so dense, Albert. I'll send someone to spy on her. If something goes wrong, they will notify us faster than the wind." "Perhaps, someone from 'that' guild?" "Yes. But, why do everything seems so quiet?" "Are you waiting for something?" Armano rised from his chair and walked to the window behind him. His gaze seem stuck to the blue sky, "They should've come by now."

Signed, Sealed, I’m Rich: The Rejected Luna’s Multi-Billion

Signed, Sealed, I’m Rich: The Rejected Luna’s Multi-Billion

I kept my eyes on my lap, my heart doing a slow, heavy thud against my ribs. By the time nine o’clock rolled around, the table had been cleared. The energy in the room was starting to dip, but Duke wasn't finished. He stood up, smoothing out his suit jacket, looking like he was just getting started. “Listen, the night is still half-way over,” Duke said. He looked at both of us, his eyes bright. “My winery is only twenty minutes away. I have a bottle of ninety-eight Bordeaux that is screaming to be corked. Plus, the view from the terrace is the best in the valley. You can see every light for miles.”

Alpha Duke's Goddess

Alpha Duke's Goddess

I saw in the mirror that there were two black cars following behind us and it's probably Duke's men. I glanced at his direction and I couldn't help but to compliment his features. The way Duke held the steering wheel with only his right arm while his left arm was resting in the window and supporting his chin was something that added up to his serious and cold face. But even though he looks like a cruel mafia boss right now, I would never deny that he looks so godly and drooling. Duke slowly creased his forehead before he glanced at me. I felt embarrassed after realizing that I had been staring at him for too long and Duke noticed it! I can feel my cheeks burning in embarrassment before I loo
