Game over.
Maddie shakes her head, laughing softly.
“You two are impossible,” She laughs. I step closer to Maddie, brushing her hand gently, letting a small smile curl across my lips.
“No, they’re amazing. And one day, when the people who think they can touch them, or us, realise what they’re up against, they’ll understand exactly how dangerous this little family is,” I say.
We leave the training room together, the twins full of energy, Maddie glowing with pride, and me quietly amused by their banter. They’re ready, sharper than the world expects. I feel sorry for whoever thinks they can take on these two.
