I said walking ahead and the closer I got to Seff the more I felt my heart beat faster. I stilled when I saw him look in the direction of where Seff was hiding. By the expression on his face it looked as if he had spotted something. I was sure that he wouldn't be aware of Seff's presence by his smell since I had taken away his smell and layered a magic that would muffle the sound of his heartbeat but still I was worried. Lycans are known for their super senses. “Is there something bothering you Mr. Plyth?” I asked , hoping to distract his attention from Seff. I couldn't be sure why but just thinking that Seff might get caught was making it difficult for me to breathe.

Lynn and Vincent immediately shifted into their large, grey wolves with glowing golden eyes; towering over the Werewolves that were the size of an SUV. Then they ran, slamming into the Werewolves that lunged at them. Lynn grabbed one and bit into its neck, ripping the flesh out. The Werewolf let out a loud, pained howl, then slashed at Lynn who dodged. Vincent grabbed a hold of the two that headed toward Lynn ans ripped off their arms, landing a punch that went through their chest- completely destroying their hearts.

He had dozens of documents of various attacks of what was happening in different countries. "According to reports, most of the attacks that have occurred are from Lycans, but there are also wolves that have been involved in these unfortunate incidents. So each pack must make a decision regarding the Lycans they have, if they pose a danger it is best to execute them or lock them up. One person can't harm them all."

And she’s too scared to tell you to back off.” I open my mouth to speak, but Lyon steps forward slightly—not aggressively, but firmly. “You threatened her,” Lyon says. “Cornered her. Put your hands on her without permission. Don’t talk to me about danger.”

The only tree-free part is the dirt road we have through the border. We both freeze, hearing a gunshot again, and a shiver goes down my spine. I can only hope that no one of us received the bullet. "Be careful. They have silver bullets?" I tell Lynn. Her snout goes upwards, scenting for gunpowder, ears sharp. The forest is too dense. The fighting is too loud to sense anything that is not up close. Then she shakes her fur and focuses on me again, linking back. "Let’s finish this battle as quickly as possible, then," she nods at me.

They were mostly hybrids, vampires wolves or Lycan hybrids. But no matter what they were, no matter the mix, the Lycans are the most dangerous predators and beasts in all of Lygion. And the last thing I want is to get on the radar of any of them. After about a dozen failed attempts, I was beyond frustrated, but there was something I had been too scared to try. It required me to take off my talisman, let my powers reign free and then use my mind to reign it in. But it was soo risky, what if I get caught?

A deathly howl seeped off my lips into the gloom as I positioned in a warning yet haunting stance. They seemed to pause on their attack as they turned to look at the intruding beast. They looked towards the door and spotted their worse nightmare. “Fuck!” Lynn said when she not only spotted her sister, but she also spotted her dragon Lennox. Well technically not her dragon since she give up her position as a dragon rider. They were in even more danger then they could ever imagine. “Shit Lynn, your sister is here, with a man. You think she is still possess and want to kill us?” Mina asked in a whisper leaning closer to Lynn.
