Ruth's POV: As we celebrated our victory over Arden, a mysterious person emerged from the shadows. Dressed in long, flowing robes, with eyes that seemed to hold ancient wisdom, she introduced herself as Ariana. "I've been waiting for you, Ruth," Ariana said, her voice low and mystical. "You're more than just a powerful werewolf. You're the key to unlocking an ancient prophecy." Ariana handed me a worn, leather-bound book. The cover was adorned with strange symbols that seemed to shimmer in the light.

She narrowed her eyes. “What are you talking about?” I walked to the far corner of the study and opened the drawer of my desk. Inside, a box. Old. Locked. And untouched for years. Until now. I opened it slowly and pulled out an old photograph. A young woman, beautiful, soft-eyed, with that same raven-black hair and fire in her gaze. Lysandra looked over my shoulder. “Who is that?” I smiled coldly. “Her name was Marissa.”

She nods. “Thank you for the room, Aurora.” Raul says with a warm smile, making Aurora blush even more as she offers another smile. “You’re very welcome, Alpha Raul.” She says softly as she turns away. Why, I do believe my Head Omega may have a bit of a crush on Raul. I can’t help but think how sweet that is.
