Draco's deathly aura when he entered the van indicated he was in one of his worst moods, which was very surprising considering he had been with the lady boss just a few moments ago. Let's face it, Draco had finally been showing human emotions these past few weeks ever since he met Miss Jones. The man was previously like a robot who, apart from his deathly glares and his signature frigid scowl that always adorned his face, showed no emotion that could tell you what he was thinking or feeling inside.

I paused with the blade against his skin and I looked at him. His face was pale and slick with sweat and tears and blood. His eyes were wild with pain and fear. His whole body was shaking. "Is the wizard real?" I asked. Damon nodded frantically, his head bobbing up and down, his breath coming in short, sharp gasps. "Yes. Yes, he is real. He is real and he and Azrian are allies. They are working together."

She thought hard, "Oh my God, Bianca! Did you seriously just quote a Harry Potter character to real witches?!" The two sisters gave each other questioning looks. It was the first time they had heard this person's name. Darya grinned at Bianca as she leaned forward slightly, pushing the leather pouch with her fingertips." I don't know a Severus Snape. For his fame to have reached humans, he must be a fabulous wizard." Bianca hiccupped in surprise and quickly changed the subject. "So this bag contains...?" "It's a contraceptive tea," Darya explained calmly. However, her pupils could no longer maintain a fixed focus, and her usually sumptuous ebony-black skin seemed to lose its luster.

Yet he had not expected to see him so soon. "Stop!" Lord Rhovan barked. Everyone froze. The witches lowered their hands, their flames dying out instantly. Lord Rhovan turned sharply to the other lords. "Why are there two Alpha Darius on the battlefield?" A murmur of shock rippled through the gathered crowd. Darius dismounted, his boots hitting the ground with purpose. He began walking forward—and from the opposite end, his brother mirrored his steps. "What game is he playing now?" Lord Garrick demanded, eyes narrowing.

An ancient, long-bearded man was sitting cross-legged in front of him and was levitating a few feet relative to him. (With all the white, it was hard to confirm if he was really floating in space.) “Dumbledore?” Ecto asked the first thing that entered his mind. “I do not know who that is,” the old man said. His rather fierce eyes were still trained on Ecto. “Oh, I am sorry I screamed, sir. It is just that… I am lost. Could you please tell me where we are?”
