From The Ashes

From The Ashes

How stupid i was to think i could escape my fate. The door to the dounge yanks open and the shouting of two men telling everyone to get to their feet rips me from my thought of how i ended up here. I straighten my shoulders and take a slow deep breath ready to walk to my death. i know my fate and ive expected it. "God if you can hear me just make it quick" i whisper to myself. My eyes snap forward to the sound of my cell door being yanked open. My hands shake as the werewolf infront of me pulls me from my cell. At 5'4 and 110 pounds its pointless to put up a fight. They dont call them beast for nothing. Hes about 6ft and built like a tank. His name is garret i think. He has dark brow hair and

Christmas in ashes

Christmas in ashes

I look at the lights of Hallowpine flickering back to life, at the town trying to pretend it didn’t just blink. “They wanted me declared unstable,” I say quietly. “Instead, they destabilized themselves.” Ruby grins. “Never underestimate what happens when the story slips out of their hands.” Somewhere in the dark, Gideon is planning his next move. And somewhere deeper, something old and patient is watching him do it. The aftershocks have started, and Hallowpine is about to learn that once a fault line wakes up, it doesn’t go back to sleep.

I chuckled breathlessly, blinking back the emotion that prickled behind my eyes. “Now, I’d definitely puke on everyone.” She grinned, making it nearly impossible to remain nervous and fearful. “Would you mind if I borrowed our Luna?” Asher’s gravelly voice slid up my spine, wrapping around my neck as it filtered through my ears. I turned and tried not to lose my breath entirely. His usually messy hair was styled, paired perfectly with the button-down shirt and slacks he wore. The dark colored clothing made the unusual shade of gold in his eyes stand out, swirling and churning with the darkness in them.

Until I Met You

Until I Met You

Austin smirked, looking at her in a challenging manner. “I’m out of here. I’m sorry, Ash. We can catch up later.” She had an apologetic look and came over to give me a hug. I was too tired to put up a fight with her. I hugged her back and she said her goodbyes to Jake and Dan while giving Austin a death glare. I saw her leaving through the door while Austin looked like he was about to punch someone. How did a perfect evening turn into a mess? I rested my head on my hands, letting out a breath. “I’m gonna head out too. Take care, Ash.” Austin stood up and kissed my forehead. I smiled at him as he said his goodbyes, leaving in a rush.

Ashley's Revenge

Ashley's Revenge

“I'm not that vicious.” “You tried to kill me before, Paul.” “I was sick then. You know that.” “And now?” A subtle mockery underlined her voice. “Where do you think I've been all this while?-” “Don't know, don't care.” She cut him. “I got help.” Paul admitted shamefully. “Well, good for you!” Ashley remarked sarcastically. Paul smiled ruefully and averted his gaze. When he looked up at Ashley again, she saw pain embedded deep in his eyes. But she felt no pity for him. She wasn't convinced.

Alpha Ashier's Salvation

Alpha Ashier's Salvation

The outfit complemented his muscular build, and he was ready to face the day. Ashier walked out of the chamber with the guards in front and behind him, his posture tall and regal. He was in a good mood despite the events of the previous night. He had pushed thoughts of his death to the back of his mind and was determined to enjoy his special day. As he walked, lost in his thoughts, someone suddenly bumped into him, causing him to stumble slightly. He felt an electric shock run through his body as he made eye contact with the person who had bumped into him.

My wife, my enemy!

My wife, my enemy!

In no time, Alex had hurried to the parking lot, his heart was pounding as fast as he walked. He was trembling out of fear that Gary might have killed someone. How could he defend him? “Oh my god!” Alex gasped, he buried his hand in his pocket rummaging it for his car key. “Gary, what do you mean?” “Did you kill someone? My god! Gary, how could you let this happen?!” Alex rambled breathlessly, cautiously speaking into his phone as if the privacy of his own car wasn’t enough. “Alex, I might not be the best person on earth but I’d never hurt a soul.” Gary cried, his voice was quivering from apparent sadness.

His hand grabs a handful of my ass, and I know I’m not even mad. “You are such a brat,” he chuckled. “I’m your brat, and you love it.” I reached down and squeezed his cheek. “If I didn’t know better, I’d say you want a punishme—” “I’m counting down!” Gabe called from the other side of the door, cutting him off. Shane sighed and grumbled under his breath. “3!” Gabe yelled. Shane strode past the living room and dining room. “Breaking down the alpha’s door isn’t a good idea,” a male voice murmured.

I want to know what ends up happening for Shane and Adea. I feel like I’m wasting money to read the same thing over and over again. I was hoping this book would be focused on the life after last book not everything that led up to the curse. Besides the forced sex scenes are overdone and repetitive.
Nicole Haskins
So glad we got a flashback to understand Shane and Adea’s beginning to their story and can’t wait to see how it ends…this journey has been so great! It’s been awhile since the last update…will we see new chapters anytime soon?

Ashley, a beast within

Ashley, a beast within

He grabbed the mopstick and mopped the floor aggressively like he was transferring all his anger to the floor. Henry watched him and he felt so guilty about what he did, but he still found it difficult to believe that Alex didn't do anything to Flora. He had forced himself to apologize and since Alex wasn't ready to accept his apology, he decided to let it be. *** A feeling of relief washed over Ashley as the water from the shower dripped on her body. She turned off the shower, but stood still. Everything that happened at school flashed through her memory again. The one thing that made her heart beat most was the green and purple eyes. She shut her eyes tightly and let out a sigh.

From The Ashes

From The Ashes

So much that they believed he was a David against a Goliath, even if they ironically never gave the mortal Bible an inch of the value they give their moon goddess. To them, the Alpha was the chosen of the goddess they praised. To them, he was their hope. But their hope... 'Their hope...' she thought. What would be left of them if she were to diminish their hope? "Xavier," Adeline tremblingly whispered. "He..." Should she lie? But could she lie at all? "He is gone." She couldn't. The whole cellar was quiet—not even a single gasp. No one spoke for a whole hour. Save for the rare sniffs, only the continous howls of the wind sounded, as though a ghost of a wolf's call.
