The figure stepped back and angrily ripped off his mask as he withdrew a dagger from his back. "Marcus...no...it can't be" Josef murmured in shock as he tried to disbelieve the fact that the man he took like his own brother was right in front of him, trying to kill him. Marcus smiled amid bloodstained lips. "It's nothing personal Josef, all I do is for the good of Grenalia and the human race" the Assassin said coldly as he adopted an offensive stance, dagger in hand and lunged at Josef. Josef stepped forward to meet Marcus head on and at the last second, shifted as Marcus's dagger blew past him,

He looked like a god of war. The office door splintered inward with a crash. The assassin moved faster than any normal wolf. The killer wore a skin tight black leather suit, a dark hood completely covering his face except for his dead black eyes, and a vibrant green serpent tattoo curled dangerously around his pale neck. He held twin curved daggers in his hands. Thick, glowing green liquid dripped steadily from both sharp blades. The assassin lunged forward without making a single sound, and aimed both poisoned blades directly at Zachery's bare chest.

It looked devastating and divine at the same time. He felt its considerable heft in his hands, yet it simply didn’t feel right in his grip. “This is a bit much.” He went back to the screen and tapped on a few buttons and filtered out everything but the smart and nimble classes. He scrolled through what was left until he came on Assassin. It looked sleek and deadly, with all-black armor and access to a variety of razor-sharp weapons. Not only that, but the skills and powers it came with sounded pretty awesome and insane. Tornado Attack, Shadowblade, Triple Assassinate… Just their names drew him towards it.

He looked about and was unable to locate his parents. Freya was the first person who sprang to mind, but he was unable to break off the ritual mid-way to look for her. He thought she was OK and had probably gotten away with the Pack members. He lifted the resin, only to have it kicked out of his hand. Lifting his head, he saw one of the assassins approaching for the attack. He remained kneeling, with the assassin's blade around his neck. "I just hope Freya is good," he thought as a hand grabbed him from behind and kicked the assassin hard, causing him to stumble backward.

THE ASSASIN’S CREED. SUMMER’S POINT OF VIEW The kitchen, with its gleaming marble and soft golden accents, suddenly felt like a stage set in a matter of seconds. Filled with nothing but everything flimsy and fake, it felt ready to collapse. I stared at Kirill, my mind struggling to bridge the gap between the man who had just tenderly held a straw to my lips and the man I’d just learned who had traveled the world ending lives for millions of dollars.

My father was a hero cop, but I was a blemish to his shining resume as I was a delinquent who smoked, drank, and got into fights. Every time I tried to visit him at the precinct, he would slap me and tell me to leave in front of his colleagues. His fatherly love was all meant for Nana Smith, the daughter of his fallen comrade who was a paragon of good character and academic excellence. When Nana was kidnapped, he sent the entire city's officers after the kidnappers. When I was stabbed three times by some thugs and called him for help, he snapped at me, "Quit being a bother. The death of vermin like you is simply good riddance anyway." Even as I suffocated in agony, I lay in a pool of my

Even after Micah rescued me and the new batch of kids from that man and found me a home with his family, it has never stopped. Micah is a badass assassin who works for some secret assassin guild. Of course, I only know this because he was the one that rescued me from that house of horrors. All of the assassins he works with are gorgeous and total bad assess. Seriously, all of the men are beyond gorgeous. I try not to think about it too much because of him. Who is him, you ask? Well, he’s Connor Archer.

Meddling with the Royal Family's problems wasn't a good choice. Mayari didn't really thought of the consequences to be this severe when she played the role of being a hero in the royal ball. Though, it was not her intention to save the royals, she just felt the adrenaline rush through her veins in irritation as the two cocky men held up swords in her neck like she was the one being cornered. She created a commotion that unexpectedly turned the tide of the battle, that was all she did and nothing more. However, for the perspective of the others, she was seen as a hero who deliberately helped the royals to fend off the assassins.

We locked the dungeon’s door and walked back toward the bedroom, making sure to walk in the shadows as we did, careful not to be seen. We entered the bedroom and I couldn’t help but let out a sigh of relief when we did, wrapping my arms around Iris and pulling her in for a hug. The two of us were yet to grieve over who was once the best assassin of her time. She was known for her strength, power, and purity. The idea of her betraying the way she did would have never occurred to my mind had we not lived through it, and seeing that she tried hitting two birds with one stone, and that one of those birds was Iris and I didn’t come as pleasing to me.

Was his heart thudding hard because we were in a closed space pressed against each other so closely Or was it simply because we just had a flying dagger right before our faces. Or virus it had to be the , yet still I find it hard to believe that he had almost gotten hit in place of me He had protected me by using his own body as a shield even when he knew I would heal faster than he would . He pulls away from me, dusting invisible particles just to avoid gazing at me but I do not complain… I swallow hard as I check the direction of the assassin, the first thing I check is the scent… it scented like vanilla with a hunt if chocolate,
