The Trillionaire Assassin.

The Trillionaire Assassin.

His one hand slips up past my chest and towards my neck, he gives it another quick squeeze, this time illustrating his irritation as it cause me enough pain for me to lose it and before I know it I blurt out, " You didn't ask for my permission when you assassinated the mafia leader yesterday, did you?". Oh gosh, why can I not control myself sometimes. I can feel him tense up however seconds have passed and he has not uttered a single word nor has he attempted to strangle me again. I know its the quiet before the storm! Authors note. Please can you comment and like and if possible share the gems. This is good way to give me feedback to let know what you think of this book. Thank You!

Please put out Part 2. This was such a well written book. I loved it, and I believe many other readers loved it as well and are anticipating the next part of this book. I would truly like to know the title, and it would be great if it was also completed. Sincerely awaiting Part 2!!!

Had a quick read of the 1st few chapters. Seems very good story line and well written. But not going to start reading yet as updates seem bit slow and I hate reading 1 or 2 chapters at a time. Looking forward to this book complete so I can have a good read at my own leisure.

Assassin's Tango

Assassin's Tango

It is hard to believe that this fragile and fragile underage girl is Fire, the number one assassin of the M organization. The more Benedict looked at the product of his intense training, the more satisfied he became. Perfect, absolutely perfect. With an assassin like this, the M organization in the future will crush all other assassin organizations and dominate the world. With a hoarse voice, he spoke solemnly: “You did a great job on the last mission. These are the next tasks you have to do. Shelly smiled brightly as she looked at the thick stack of files that Benedict had pointed to, shaking her head gently. Benedict frowned at the puppet's disobedience, growling menacingly.

I Can't Be Mated to Him

I Can't Be Mated to Him

He killed a king. “Tell me your name,” I growl. His smile grows. “Tell me yours.” Whoever gives ground first loses, Father says in my mind. I drop the chair back to the ground so he’s sitting upright again. “Kill him, dump the body somewhere the Goddess will never find him.” The assassin chuckles. “Pretty boy’s got some balls. I like that. You can call me Birsha. But you need me too bad to drop me in the ground just yet, so let’s keep playing.”

Married To My Ex-husband's Half-brother

Married To My Ex-husband's Half-brother

“So, what’s it gonna be, huh? Three million dollars or your funeral?” He said it like he was asking someone to pick between coffee or tea. The assassin grinned widely, exposing a chipped tooth. “I’ll settle for the money—” Bang! The sound shattered through the room like a plane crash. My ears rang and my heart dropped. I screamed and shoved the bed cover over my head. “Open your eyes, sweetheart,” Denver's voice drawled. My hands shook vigorously as I pulled the cover down. My eyelids fluttered open and I was greeted by the sight of the assassin’s body dropped to the floor like a ragdoll. A pool of blood spread fast across the tiles, staining everything in red.

KISS ME BEFORE YOU KILL ME: The Assassin and the Hybrid heir

KISS ME BEFORE YOU KILL ME: The Assassin and the Hybrid heir

“Ethan?” I whispered, the name feeling so strange in my throat. ******** Under the black silk blindfold, my eyes were wide open. The world was completely dark, but my head was exploding with sound. I could hear the crunch of dry leaves outside. I could hear the heavy, agitated panting of someone who had just run a mile uphill. And worst of all, I could hear that familiar, stuttering heartbeat. ********** Marcus went completely still against me. The heat of his body, the heavy, dominant weight of his hands on my shoulders—it all vanished in a split second. He wasn’t my lover or my Master right then. He was an assassin who had just realized his safehouse was compromised.

An Assassin For The Billionairess

An Assassin For The Billionairess

In the private room with her, I could see her whole body trembling when I touched her like she hadn’t been touched in years. Just as she was about to press the drink to her lips, my handler, Silas, spoke to me through my AirPods to pause the mission I immediately took the glass from her and poured the contents over my chest, and she thought it was part of the act, not knowing she almost drank herself to her own death. Just in case Silas needed me to complete the job subsequently, I left a card with my number on it and with how harsh her breathing was and the desire in her eyes, I doubted it would go unused

I WAS HIS ASSASSIN, NOW HIS OBSESSION

I WAS HIS ASSASSIN, NOW HIS OBSESSION

VIPER Assassins shouldn’t breathe too loudly, or make loud footsteps that give their presence away, or make a single mistake that’ll definitely cost their lives. We’re fast, precise—just one lethal strike is enough to kill a target. I chant my usual mantra in my head, clutching my sword tightly as I attack a stupid scarecrow. “How long have you been here, Viper?” Emily asks as she approaches me. “You’re the most skilled already. What else do you want?”

His Little Assassin

His Little Assassin

I began the introduction after tucking the brown strands of my stubborn curly hair behind my ear. "Hello, everyone! Welcome to His Little Assassin's Character Interview! Where I, Aiesh, your interviewer for today, will have a question-and-answer session with one of the story's very important characters! As you can see, for this prologue, we have here as our very first guest the one and only main character who portrays Avyanna Collins, and is also widely known in the book by her other identity, Raven of the XYS!" I ask her my first question with enthusiasm. "So, Raven, what is your role in the story?"

The Dark Protector

As Ishir shifts back to his human form, I help him sit up and Cedric gives him some water. When he relaxes and I see his body begin to heal itself, I look at him. “Did you see the person? Did you see the assassin?” I snarl. If they went after Ishir, they are dead. I'll kill them. He looks at me, sadness in his eyes. “It’s Zephyr, Avani. She’s the assassin.” The end. This story will continue in Book 3: The Assassin coming late May, early June.

Another fantastic story from author Cooper!! I highly recommend books by this author. The stories/characters are always original, compelling, stories are updated regularly, and are NEVER abandoned. As with other books in this, as well as The Guardian series, I thoroughly enjoyed The Dark Protector

Frequently Asked Questions

The first time I cracked open 'Assassin's Apprentice', I was instantly drawn into Fitz's brutal yet captivating world. Robin Hobb crafts a coming-of-age tale where Fitz, the bastard son of a noble, is abandoned at court and trained as a royal assassin. The story isn’t just about knife-work—it’s a deep dive into loneliness, loyalty, and the cost of belonging. Hobb’s prose makes you feel every betrayal, every flicker of the Wit (his forbidden magic), and the weight of his impossible choices.

What stuck with me was how Fitz’s relationships shape him—his bond with the gruff assassin Chade, the enigmatic Fool, and even his conflicted ties to the king who uses him as a tool. The political intrigue is thick, but it’s Fitz’s internal struggles that gut you. By the end, you’re left aching for this kid who’s never truly allowed to be himself. It’s the kind of book that lingers like a shadow long after you finish.
