I looked around and saw a tall, muscular guy with dark hair walking out of the shadow. I recognized him. He was the captain of the school football team, a blazing sports star that was famous across the country, playboy number one, and practically a male whore. Lucas Sigler. He was wearing a tailored suit, which fit him perfectly everywhere except the part of his upper arms. It took me a while to figure out that Lucas Sigler was actually talking to me because he walked straight at me in front of everyone. "You..." He lowered his head and stared at me, looking intense.

I called, hearing an echo of my voice vibrate through the link like it would through a phone's receiver. "Big man?" I felt a wave of relief wash over me as her words bounced around my mind, neither here nor there. "I'm in trouble," I gritted my jaw as I focused on retaining the link, hoping it wouldn't snap. "I know," came Saint's rapid response, "the Luna is looking for you. I can feel that you're weak. Can you give me any indicators of where you are so she can get to you quicker?" "Lab," I gritted as the link snapped and then connected again, "I'm in some sort of lab. Is she alone? Tell her not to come here alone. There are four people in total and they're armed."

I yelled, startling Elena, causing the coffee mugs to slip from her crate and crash. "I'm sorry for startling you, Elena." I rushed to her side to help clean up the mess. "Relax, Yuri, I've got this covered," she reassured me with sympathy in her gaze. "What?" I asked, meeting Elena's stare. "Yuri, everything will be alright. Don't overthink," I nodded. Elena held the Alpha title and was also Luna. She was a superwoman, yet humble and caring for everyone around her.
