We pulled up to The Howl & Bean a moment later, a small neutral-ground cafe on the edge of the territory. We strolled inside, blending into the short line of omegas and scouts. I scanned the menu—it hadn't changed since the day I was exiled—but my internal alarm suddenly went off. I looked out the front window at the street, and my heart dropped into my stomach.
