Leviathan opens his jaws, letting out a strange angelic sound. The deity's aqua eyes widened as the ball made out of his own flames hit him in the chest with a deep, loud THUD. I shifted back into my human form and the vines immediately released their hold as Leviathian wheezed and struggled to catch the breath that was knocked out of him. I cupped my right hand and waved it towards me a couple of times, bringing water from nearby to put out what flames didn't dissipate on impact. The big one sat on the grass, and the smaller ones were playing with her tail. His face turned serious for a moment but went relaxed when he looked out to see them. “No, Those are actual wolves. Nothing special to worry about,” he chuckled, pulling his head back into the carriage. “How can you tell the difference?” I asked again, trying to hide my confusion.
