I can't help but nibble on my bottom lip. When the scribe finally retreats out of a side entrance, I have no choice but to find something new for my eyes to rest upon. I had tried desperately to avoid King David's penetrating gaze at all costs.

Azalea tried to encourage, in an attempt to get Ayden do what she wanted as soon as he could without any hitches. They had practiced drawing a mind picture of her the previous for the entire day, which turned out to be better than he could have even imagined himself to be able to do.
