" Linda yelled muddled as she turned around in utter frustration. A sharp bolt that looked like a cracker suddenly shot into the air, lighting up everyone in the area. Linda was astounded as her childhood and adult favorite fictional characters slowly crept into the light. They all yelled at once, "Surprise!" Matilda Wormwood, Barbie, Sherlock Holmes, Hermione, Elizabeth Bennet, Professor Paradox, Harley Quinn, Wonder Woman, Rapunzel, and many more characters were included. Family, friends, and classmates were all in costume. The birthday girl was the only individual who stood out. Linda smiled shyly, palming her face, saying, "Oh my, you didn't have to." "But I did. I know how your play has

All hers; my princess. "God, you are a real life princess. I feel like I am meeting with the pink and purple lover girl you always watch on TV in real life—" With a loud chuckle and red, adorable cheeks, she informed me, "—Barbie, daddy! Her name's Barbie!" With a large smile of my own, I continued, "Well, I feel like I am meeting with Barbie right now. It's not even the outfit, my princess, it's you… There is no other star that shines brighter than you, ever. You are the most beautiful girl in the world, always remember that."

They saw the adults and paused in their play to come talk to them. “Mom! I got a very big Barbie doll. It’s one of my presents from Taylor’s dad. Taylor told me that she’s really pretty. I’m going to name her ‘Pinky.’ I can’t wait to go home and open all my presents.” Emma exclaimed, sprinting over to Becca and giving her a very big hug midstride so that she was forced to stop walking. Becca resisted the urge to groan.

Barbie had a fast brain when it came to plotting mischief. "Works for me." "Me too," The other two agreed and paid close attention to what Barbie had to say. In low whispers, Barbie explained in detail what she had in mind while the other two chirped in agreement and they solidified their game plan. "Gosh! This is soo going to work." Jessica threw her legs up in a wiggle in excitement. "Finally I'm going crush that little brat." Vanessa exclaimed in that boss girl tone as she crushed a chip in her hand in demonstration.

Barbara's Pov “What’s your name?” I asked my new friend. “Lily.” She smiled. “That's a pretty name. I'm Barbara.” Then I leaned in to whisper. “I contemplated changing my name to something else so students won't call me Barbara." Lily chirped a little laughter. “Brabara is a funny name but I prefer Barbie. It’s so cool.” Her shyness slowly withered away as we walk together. I didn’t feel as alone or dejected.

That he will get rid of Chloe and choose me but even I know that's wishful thinking. “Don't torture yourself barbie, you deserve so much more than that." Pat says, using her nickname for me. A name I earned all by loving the color pink. "Yes, yes I do.” I let out a deep breath, forcing my lips to form a smile. “Now, let me redo your hair. You look hideous now that you are soon to be single who knows if a hot man can just waltz in." she grins, giggling as she shuffles behind me.

“I didn’t realize this kingdom ran on Swiss time.” “Important people always run on time.” She turned back to her Barbies. “Sit down. But don’t step on Lawyer Barbie.” I looked down. A Barbie in white glasses and a pale pink suit was lying near my foot, a tiny purse still clutched in her hand. I arched a brow. “Which one is Lawyer Barbie?” Poppy looked at me like I’d just asked what the sky was. “The mean one.” “Extremely helpful explanation.” “That’s Auntie Hazel Barbie.” She pointed without looking. “And this one,” she said, lifting a Barbie with ridiculously long hair and a sparkly purple dress, “is Auntie Rhea Barbie. She works in camera and says everybody has to pose.”

Alexis got out of bed and waved as Loverina, “I will show you around.” This made Loverina remember when she was tender. Barbie was the top girly cartoon. Every girl got a barbie toy in her school. Some showed pictures of how they turned their rooms pink. She has always wanted that, but her grandmother had no money. The only thing she got was a dumped-spoilt barbie doll. Grandma Clara washed it and made some stitches on the cloth to make it look nice enough for her to play it. “Here.” Alexis pushed opened one of the doors.

Her brother, Hunter, is a year younger than me. Barbie looks exactly like the Barbie you would think of. Blonde, wavy hair and electric blue eyes. Her personality, however, isn't as sweet as hers and she's not all plastic or fake. She's a real sweetheart, yes, until she decides that she doesn't like you, that is. Then she'll be a complete bitch to you. It was after school and Barbie texted me and asked if I wanted to go out with her. And I agreed, mostly because I didn't want to see Caleb in that hurry, anyway.
