Immortal’s Fire Book 2 English Version

Immortal’s Fire Book 2 English Version

One after the other happened to us, it seemed that we had no respite from the attacks. I just stared into nothingness and wondered when we would reach our destination. I wonder what I could see there. The three-headed wolves might be dangerous, but I don't want them to die. I just frowned when I saw a black object and it was flying in our direction. Bird? It has a similarity to an eagle but it is getting bigger and bigger and I can also feel the strong winds. I just closed my eyes because of the dust that flies and I'm afraid that I might go blind.

Coronation Of A Disaster

Coronation Of A Disaster

"Chimera, visual enhancement! And stop commenting on my flying skills, or I will replace your operating system with a playlist of polka music!" “Scanning... Island located. 3 miles ahead. Visibility: Zero percent. Suggest holding onto your lunch, as you will likely lose it.” A shape loomed out of the grey mist. It was jagged, sharp, and terrifying. The Black Tower. It wasn't a castle. It wasn't a fortress. It was a single, narrow cylinder of obsidian, rising straight up out of the crashing waves like a termite mound made of solidified depression. There were no windows, no arrowslits. Just a single, flat roof with a heavy steel hatch that looked like it hadn't been opened since the stone age.

he muttered, eyes locked on the growing darkness. At that moment, a massive black spectral figure materialized in the air. Its form was enormous and menacing, looming ominously in the shattered landscape.

His Regret: The Alpha King Wants Me Now

His Regret: The Alpha King Wants Me Now

We both almost get hit on the face and on the head by low hung branches. I know I shouldn't look back to see what those things are flying towards us, but something seems to be compelling me to do it. A voice seems to be whispering in my head and telling me that I should look. And no matter what I do, I can't shake it off my mind. That’s how I end up turning around to see the things flying towards us. Shadows. Gigantic black shadows with red eyes and sharp fangs, like bats, their wings as wide as a fence. They're screeching and flying lower, their sharp claws outstretched.

On either side, the black ocean churned, waiting to swallow them. "Faster!" Sebastian’s voice boomed over the comms. "The vibration is cracking the ice behind us!" "I'm giving her all she's got!" Jack yelled back. "Any faster and we fly off the edge!" THWUP-THWUP-THWUP. A deep, rhythmic thumping sound cut through the air. Not the wind. Rotors. "Contact rear!" Harper shouted into her headset. "Black helicopter! No markings! It's a stealth Hawk!"

Little Sister

Little Sister

Fortunately, they were not too far from the capital, and this part was free from the occupying troops. Sometimes, when the unstable clouds parted, and a patch of the washed-out sky was cleared, Svetlana saw mechanical blackbirds flap their giant wings, their shadows sliding over the platoon like a momentary night. They were friendly; Wulfstan’s flying machines were in the shape of a crooked-nosed eagle. Once, they witnessed an aerial fight between a blackbird and an eagle, filling the sky with a raucous mechanical cawing. Then the clouds scudded back. Later on, they found bent and scorched pieces of metal and a bloodied pilot’s harness. It was not clear who it had belonged to.

I hope that’s not the end end. So many left off pieces of the story all his friends on the other world, all the other gods story lines, he’s only used his blood born weapons and armour twice. Hasn’t even made it out of dreamscape yet. Still have everything in true verse going on while he “asleep”

Book One of the Rosewood Trilogy: The Broken Sanctum

Book One of the Rosewood Trilogy: The Broken Sanctum

Gasps erupted around the road. “What—” “No way—” My breath came in ragged bursts as I slowly turned my head. Out of the corner of my eye I saw them. Wings. Massive wings arched behind me, their feathers shimmering in the sunlight. But they weren’t the shimmering white tones of angels. They were black. Not just dark. Black as midnight. I heard someone choke behind me. “That’s not possible,” one of the mages whispered. “She’s not—” “Those aren’t angel wings.”
