Beastmaster Ascension Rules Novels & Stories

Of course Christopher Henry Jameson—also known as Beast- wasn't the average man. He stood 6'5" and weighed three hundred and two pounds. He didn't like the extra three pounds. He rather liked being in the two hundred weight range even if it was by just one or two pounds. Regardless, there wasn't an ounce of fat on his perfect body. Beast was muscles on top of muscles, yet not hulking like some of the others that worked in the Marine Corps division assigned to The Department of Home Land Security, or better known as DHS. Too big made you slow. He'd seen guys bigger than him hospitalized during the CRUCIBLE training.

What he meant was awareness of their surroundings. Leqaria tilts her head to the side and blinks her eyes at them innocently. "Are you going to tell or not?" Heiytu sighed again. "In the Book of Beast II, which you should have learned in middle school, taught us about the level of beasts. [E-] is the lowest level rank beast and much easier to defeat. The strength of the beast increases toward the next rank, Rank [E], [E+], [D-] until Rank [A+]. Above Rank [A+] is called Rank [S]. While Rank [SSS], which was the highest-ranking beast, was the hardest to defeat. Even a God Class Mecha may not be able to defeat one alone. Do you understand?"

He said as he began to read the system message. [Welcome Claude Grey, I am your System. You have been successfully Reborn. The mention of a greater ritual gone awry sent a shiver down my spine, the knowledge of how things could blow up very clear in my mind. Alpha Gonzales began, his expression grave as he addressed Fenrir. "Alpha Fenrir," he began, his voice steady but tinged with concern. "I couldn't help but notice an increase in bear sightings and other anomalies within our territory recently. It's my belief that the creature summoned during the greater ritual may have been called forth before, wreaking havoc on the ecosystem."

It was all riding on me now. “The Alpha Duel has two rules: One, the winner, or in his absence, his second-in-command, gets to enforce his terms, and the defeated must give his Alpha Word, or in his absence, his second-in-command must give his Beta word, to accept those terms; and two, the defeated is the Alpha who perishes first or surrenders.” Myron kept a calm demeanor all throughout, his arms to his sides with a thoughtful expression on his face. His eyes were set on me, shifting from time to time to the background.

Using the wireless casting feature, I sent a video directly to every screen in the convention center. The background showed the interior of my private animal behavior lab. In the footage, I was facing the camera, speaking in a crisp, measured tone. "Today marks the third day of Orion's hormonal rut. It's currently 3:12 pm local time. Based on his recent behavioral patterns, I've discovered he responds to a very specific acoustic frequency. "To prevent any potential incidents, I'll be using a custom-engineered whistle as the sole method to de-escalate his aggression. This frequency is unique, and I'm the only person with access to it. I'm recording this video as evidence."

Darius, a member of the round table said. "Call me out here only when you have the book in your hands." Alpha kelvin said "The prophecy of the blood moon must be fulfilled, mortals must attain immortality and I must rule over all wolf territories, do you understand?" They bowed and swore their dedication to finding the book. "Father." Marco called. "Can we go home now? This place is pretty spooky." He had been waiting patiently in the car as his father has instructed but had gotten bored sitting there alone.

“I decide when you die, runt. And because of your disobedience and your desperate wish to die, I have found a perfect way for you to do both… and still be useful to me and my pack.” “What?” I breathed, dread clawed at my chest like ice. “You will be sold to Alpha Caius as his fifth bride.” I blinked. No. No, No, No. My stomach twisted into knots, the air punched from my lungs. Alpha Caius of Blood Howl crest, the Alpha who murdered his four previous wives with his own hands. The one they call DEATH itself. That was who they were selling me to. “Please, you can’t do this to me! I will obey you. I swear! I won’t run again! Just don't send me to him,” I cried.

A horn sounded in the distance—a deep, vibrating tone that made my blood run cold. "The Hunt," the Elder wheezed from the ground, blood leaking from his ears. "The High Council has released the Hounds of the Void. They won't stop until the Beast is returned to the pit." Rowan grabbed my hand. The black mark on his neck flared. "We need to move. My estate has ancient wards, but they won't hold the Hounds for long." "I'm not running," I said, looking at the approaching red storm. "This isn't running," Rowan said, pulling me toward him until our chests pressed together. "This is regrouping. You’ve just awakened. If you burn out now, the Beast takes over completely, and Kaima vanishes forever. I

He weaved through the entangled darkness, striking at Damien with blinding speed and precision. As the champion engaged Damien in a breathtaking display of agility and combat prowess, the other Ascendants unleashed a torrent of elemental forces.
