I knew Bee wasn't making this up, but it was hard to believe after everything Asher had done to me. "Then what about the orphanage? Why is it in that condition? Why doesn't he care about it?" I didn't understand it and it scared the shit out of me. The Crescent castle was located further away from town. In its centre was a few crumbling stone walls where the castle would have once sat proud and strong. A deep moat ran around the perimeter.

Abby asked Barry and the screen tilted as he lifted the laptop to show them where he was staying. “I’m staying in a real castle,” he said, slowly rotating the camera so they could see the lush surroundings. “And this is my view.” Becky gasped as the view outside his window became visible to them. A mirror-like lake was in the foreground and picturesque snow-capped mountains were on the horizon. “Oh wow,” Becky said, her voice breathy, “that’s beautiful.” He turned the screen around so they could see his face again. “Becky, do you and Abby have passports?”

In front of me, covered in green foliage, settled into the rolling hills, is a massive stone castle, surrounded by thick black iron gates and stone arches. “What is this place?” I breathe, amazed at the sight in front of me. Even Berlioz seems impressed, stirring in his cat carrier. Apollo smiles, cerulean eyes fixed on the magnificent structure in front of us. “This is yours, Hecate.” “Mine?” I question, raising one brow. “Why would I have a castle in Ireland?”

She loves malls and all the things that can be done there, but sometimes she gets tired too quickly. "So, where are we going tomorrow?" Josephine asked. Rain and Sky exchanged glances. McKenzie Manor is a castle owned by a nobleman named Gregory Alba which was built in 1786. The Alba family has lived in the castle for generations.
