Aunt Belle had left a book there, something which she said would assist me in making some sense of all of everything going on. The title, larger than the rest of the text, read: “The History of Supernatural Covens.” I had not for a moment agreed to read the book because anticipation was scary especially when it came to witches and curses from ancient days.
