Behind Her Novels & Stories

I looked back at her in bed and saw her looking at me. "I'm going to get some fresh air." She nodded her head. I got out and headed to the back of the house and not the front. Behind the yard were a few houses and then a beautiful forest. I walked to the back and went in the forest deep. I don't know how long I walked but I was fast and going up the hill. "Geeze woman not so fast.. God I forgot how strong you are." Anzania said behind me, "she's now following you anymore.. So you're good."

I'll buy myself some time by following the back. Just as she crouched in front of the window, readying her mind for the jump, she heard a loud thud behind her. 'What the fuck do you think you are doing?!"

She muttered to herself. "Here" a male voice replied behind her and she slowly turned back with a smile but the smile turned to a frown with what she saw.

Why couldn’t she just say it? “Did you suddenly become dumb?!” I swear I was losing it. Perhaps it was a mistake giving her this kind of job. She looked afraid and it was obvious she couldn’t do it. I will surely punish her for this. And find another maid to do it. Suddenly, she grasped my arm and said with a whisper tone I barely heard. “Someone is behind us.” “What?” I asked, looking confused. Then she spoke louder. “Someone-is-behind-us.”

She didn't notice that I was walking behind her. I silently stood behind her as I watched the refrigerator open as she took the water bottle out. She opened the cabin as she was reaching for glass as she wasn't able to grab it. It was placed far away. I walked behind her. I placed my hand over her as I grabbed the glass for her, I was so close that her ass slammed against me. I immediately moved back as I began to harden.

She manages only a few seconds before her eyes drop in submission. “Fine. But I’ll be back.” She shoves me with her shoulder as she passes and lets herself out the front door, slamming it behind her. I race behind her and lock it.

She reached outside of his room and without bothering to knock entered inside the room. She closed the door behind her and stood there waiting for him to turn around. Nicholas sensed the presence behind him so she slowly turned around and he was shocked would be an understatement because he didn't expected her to come behind him.

Once she says it, there’d be no going back. “I’ll come out.” She replied I waited another second or two but saw no one. She was still perched behind the tree. “I see no one Athena. You know the count is over, I won’t wait anymore so quit stalling.” I heard movement from behind the tree and a second later, her head poked out, followed by her body and then her legs. She slowly came into view, one hand over her breast and the other shielding her womanhood. Of course it did nothing to hide that body of hers.

“You can. You will. Look at something reflective—your shower glass, the mirror—anything.” There was a pause. A long, tense pause. Then she whispered, “Okay.” I heard her barefoot steps brushing softly across the tiles, her breath trembling against the phone speaker. “Ray…” She swallowed hard. “I’m looking at the mirror now.” “Good. Tell me what you see.” “I see… I see myself.” A shaky exhale. “And behind me—” My heart slammed against my ribs. “Behind you what?” She didn’t answer. I heard her inhale sharply, like the air had been yanked from her lungs.

However, they’re all tall…much taller than her small five foot frame. Against my better judgment, when she decides to call it a night, I follow her. Not close, but close enough to keep her in my view. Willpower to stay away from her is fading rapidly, quicker than I hoped. Any logic I have left disappears. Without even realizing it, I find myself standing right behind her as she stands by her car door. There was no intention of me allowing my reflection to be spotted in her window, but as she scans her own image, there’s no missing mine hovering behind.
