A pureblood aura. The scent of pine and cedarwood wrapped around me, soothing my scarred soul instantly. He was the Alpha King.

Alpha Kingsley—her father. His lips were tugged into a smug smile, that told me I could do nothing and he would always reign over this Kingdom like a secret puppet master. For the first time in five years, I smiled back. He had no idea what was coming for him and his group. Before this night ended, all of them would be dead. They would never get the chance to think of a Lycan as their puppet again. Because wolves could never be caged. They preferred death over becoming puppets in a circus.
