His Goddess Guardian

His Goddess Guardian

Sonya slowly made her way to where the mood goddess was standing. “Yes, moon goddess I am.” Sonya stated. Selene then took a dagger off her waist and made a slit on her forearm and Sonya’s. She held them together and said “I, Selene the moon goddess, do bestow the power for my goddess pendant to you Sonya Myers soon-to-be-Turner, to be its protector and in doing so be able to use the power from the pendant, when necessary, in the course of that protection. Do you accept Sonya Myers?”

However, the fusion of the two caused a fluctuation in the power of the recently conferred sun goddess since the Goddess Ayla bears the power of the moon and was also conferred as the goddess of the moon. The only clue that we learned was that Sephtis seemed to have a grudge against the first ruler named Lev. I felt discouraged thinking about my father. It was quite clear that the minor god named Lev, whom they were talking about, and my father could be the same person. I was feeling distressed, knowing that the people I needed to face were gods and goddesses. "Well, About the Ancient Stone in the central hall, Do you happen to know what was written on it?" I asked curiously.

LEGEND OF A GODDESS

LEGEND OF A GODDESS

She was indeed a goddess. Everybody paused, and fixed eyes on the Queen. The guards that had come with Ajigbonaku couldn't believe their eyes, though they had heard about her beauty, but the rumors were not close to the reality at all. One of them began to say words of praise. " This is not a Queen but a goddess, the type that has made gods fight against gods, She should not be called Beautiful, but Holy. He went down on his feet, and said. I bow to you, my Queen.

Rise of a Queen - Book 2

Rise of a Queen - Book 2

I saw the goddess Bastat, a large puma-looking feline woven around her legs. The one of Selene, the moon goddess, was unlike the one at The New Moon palace. There she was portrayed with a wolf, but here she was carved into a beautiful mother figure, with children by her feet, looking up at her in awe. Next to her was a large man, also with a wolf, regal looking and powerful. Then I saw her, the goddess Inanna. She stood front and center, a large imposing statue, and flanking her on either side, were a wolf and a lion. Behind her stood a bear with its large paw resting on her shoulder.

JWGStout has done it again! I loved the story and character development. The story really is a roller coaster, and I’m so happy for Lamia! But there are so many questions at the end, and so many opportunities for the other leading characters. I can’t wait to get into the next 3 books!

I really enjoyed this series. Many books on this platform have similar stories, which gets boring really fast. This book series kept me entertained the whole time. It had the perfect balance of romance and action. I enjoyed getting to know each character in more detail as each book was added.

My Alpha, Her Mate

My Alpha, Her Mate

This was indeed a great lesson for both of us. "You need to wake up, Selene. Ellis is a new god, and she is about to ascend. She will need your help to pull through. She is about to make a big mistake by killing Apophis. The only reason gods never ascend is when they kill during their test. Killing Apophis in his weakened state would stop her ascension and make her a dark god. You need to wake up and help her make the right decision, so she can ascend and task up to her position as the goddess of compassion and judgement." She said, and I was surprised that Ellis would become a new god. I had seen her as a demi-god all this while. This was news to me.

This is an excellent book - very well written- great story line that’s exciting to follow. It takes you through all the emotions - the highs, the lows, and lower and then brings you up. Highly recommend- just the right amount of love and romance - I couldn’t put it down! You’ll love the heroine!

She heard slurping and it made her gag. Beatrice ran through her mental database. Sekhmet drank blood. She drank the blood, red water of the Nile to save humanity. Her bloodlust was used to explain war and conflict in Egypt. She protected Pharaohs. Ignatius was a king. Perhaps he looked to Sekhmet to protect him in life. Beatrice’s heart pounded to the point it hurts. Ignatius and his followers probably drank the blood of their enemies. They were like vampires or ghouls.

Lyndon asked her. "Actually, I was sent by the Goddess Aphrodite to the mortal world to protect the princess." "But I could clearly remember that we grew up together," Ana Mae curiously said. Goddess Of The Diamond

Goddess Of The Diamond

I was happy. Allorah came into our lives like a ray of sunshine. Her body, even though was fragile, she would do her best and get better. All the tests I ran on her brought me to a simple answer. Not human. Allorah was a goddess, a being who shouldn’t exist. Her mere existence here could put hundreds in danger. Starting from us. But my mother, my brother, my coworkers, everyone including me started liking her. She was innocent.

she cried. Thalia took a deep breath and dropped the papers back down leaning back in her chair. “Your wrist is marked no?” she asked. How she knew Layla didn't ask or care to know as she just wanted answers or something. She nodded and lifted her sleeve on he right arm, where she brandished a silver crescent moon on her wrist, just below her thumb. “That is a symbol that hasn't been seen in many many ages. That is something that the gods of this generation do not dare test. That's the sign of a child of a primordial god.” she stated.
