DADDY'S LITTLE PLAYTHING

DADDY'S LITTLE PLAYTHING

I faked smiles, played along, but my head was somewhere else—on Sage. Where was she? Was she scared? Was she hurt? The thought made my blood run hot. I caught sight of Hector across the room. He shook his head slightly. Still nothing. No leads on the bomb. No way out. Damn it. By the time the reception ended, I was ready to snap. But I couldn’t—not yet. Alice had me right where she wanted, and she knew it. The honeymoon suite was just as over-the-top as the rest of the night—marble floors, silk sheets, candles flickering on every surface. Alice poured herself a glass of champagne, her robe slipping off her shoulder.

An Alpha's Obsession

An Alpha's Obsession

Clutching the ledger like my only piece of evidence, my boots pound against stone, each step louder than the last, urgency clawing its way up my spine. “Adrian. He needs to know. Callum's ripping us apart from the inside-out.” Pages tear loose from the ledger as I move, fluttering behind me like wounded birds. Names, dates, authorizations, they all scatter as evidence bleeds into the dark. But I don't stop to gather them. Every breath burns. Every thought collides with the next. We're done for! Taking the bend toward the Alpha’s quarters, I approach the manor and silently take solace in the fact that the Alpha is now only a couple dashes away—

one wolf says. Beta Baily smiles at me. "Well, this Alaska must be some wolf," Beta Bailey says. I smile back at her. "She is," I answer. "I have a plan, and Finn is the bait," Beta Bailey says. "I already like this plan," I say.

His Rejected Luna Is The Moon Heiress

His Rejected Luna Is The Moon Heiress

“Wait. Isn't this the missing 20 million dollars from the Pack's account?” “It has always been about the money, Austin. She willingly slaved herself away for you because of money. Then, she sabotaged you and Kayla for money too. Why are you surprised? She's still gold-digging and frolicking with the Alpha Prince; that's enough proof that she's a gold digger.” Alice blurted out while I stared at the paper, hoping and wishing it was her name that was written as the beneficiary of the money.

Mi Alfa (The Possessive Alphas Series 1)

Mi Alfa (The Possessive Alphas Series 1)

The room exhaled. Not metaphorically. The force that had bent the air to ignite lungs full of fuel, to tense wings on unthinking command, took its toll on one final, unwilling exhalation. The humming of walls faded. The floor lost its sense of potential fracture beneath the weight of what might have occurred. The Book was nowhere to be seen. But it was not destroyed. It just disappeared and is inside Allistair's consciousness. Allistair felt it, second heart rate, erring in pace, erring in touch, palpable nonetheless. No screaming now. No scratching. Wrapping himself around something fragile, treacherous, and ominously familiar.

An Alpha's Dilemma

An Alpha's Dilemma

This was something different—something far darker than anything she had ever encountered. By the time they reached the East Pack’s fortress again, the first traces of nightfall were beginning to creep across the sky. Ava’s body was weary, but her mind was wide awake, consumed by questions that had no easy answers. Inside the war hall, the maps of their territory had been spread across the long wooden table, flickering candlelight casting long shadows on the walls. Kaelin stood at the head of the table, scanning the documents. Rhian, the East Pack’s Alpha, sat back in his chair, arms crossed and eyes narrowed. Ashton was at the far side, leaning against the wall, his arms folded, his gaze loc

ALPHA AND THE DAUGHTER

ALPHA AND THE DAUGHTER

I shouted, but the darkness consumed me once more. After another period of unconsciousness, I awoke again in bed, my head pounding. Vivid flashes assaulted my mind—scenes of devastation and horror. I saw the Alpha, cradling his pregnant mate, begging Ruth for mercy, only to witness the brutality that followed. Ruth’s long nails pierced the Alpha’s mate, pulling out the child and discarding the lifeless bodies to the ground. The Alpha, utterly defeated, wept in despair, kneeling before Ruth. I was horrified to see her kick his head away as if it were nothing.

Joe and Alice

Joe and Alice

Although her Dutch braided bun still look a little scruffy, but in a good way. Alice is so invested in her search that she hardly notices Joe entering. He then forcefully closes the door, as if deliberately trying to get her attention. It works. Alice hears the sound and then quickly raises her head up to greet him, "Oh, good morning, Mr. King!" He does not answer, but keeps walking hurriedly toward the inner door leading to his office, as though he's got something very urgent to attend to. Alice simply shrugs in response and continues with her search. Almost immediately, she finds the arson documents. She then brings them out of the file cabinet and takes them into the main office. The Alpha and the Mistake

The Alpha and the Mistake

Even now I still felt the itch to feel the sting after a good hard slap or the throb after a well-placed punch. It was all still there, and it would be so easy to let Alice become my new Brook. She was a wolf, and I wouldn’t have to be careful with her. Not only that, I’d be an actual alpha again, like I should’ve been until that coward of a beta stole it from me. I could have it all back. All I had to do was break her. It would be so easy, too. Alice was halfway there already, thanks to the crap her pack had been giving her.

April Foulks
This was a captivating book. Adventure, romance, suspense, drama with unexpected humor where it was needed most. I enjoyed reading this, although I don't like that there is only about a chapter you can read at a time (aprox13-14 mins for me) without spending money on "credits"
Moonface09
Fast paced plot line which I personally liked. There are great characters that I wished had been developed more, only because they are written well and I wanted more :). There are no sex scenes so you sorta lose that intimacy and love that develops between the characters. Totally recommend though.

The Misadventures of Anastasia Collins

The Misadventures of Anastasia Collins

"After I finished your book–the Book of Murder, it became my favorite novel in an instant because I really like Detective Alice Potter. I admire her character so much. And then it happens so fast and the next thing I knew, I was already here." "That's it? What did you do to be transfered here?" Alistair asked, noticing that she didn't tell him the details that made her transfered inside the book. Her story is incomplete. Anastasia just shake her head at him. She decided to not include the accident part because it will confuse the prince even more.
