Return to Power

Return to Power

There were some things that Madison did not agree with, but after thinking about it later, she would always be surprised to find that what he said was actually right. Even if there were some extremely provocative words, after thinking about it carefully, they were actually the best example of this world. It was said that men were like a book, and someone only had a few words. It would be boring to be with such a person. However, there was a kind of man who was really profound and knowledgeable. Just like this man, she might not be able to read him thoroughly in her whole life. She was obsessed with him, but she could not understand him all the time.

My Mafia Master: the alpha's dark desires

My Mafia Master: the alpha's dark desires

I even found the karma sutra amongst what I can only classify as the ‘self help’ section, opening it and then quickly closing it in case Enzo or his mother entered the room. A large book at the end of the shelf entitled “The Power and Responsibility of Men” caught my eye. It seemed to be more weathered than the rest of the books, but I didn't get why. “Who would be drawn to a book like that?” I asked myself, pulling it from the shelf.

The League of Rogues

The League of Rogues

"I suppose no place in London is truly safe, which is why no woman should walk the streets alone, especially in the evening." Her gaze grew distant for a moment. "It is a mistake I will not make again." Then she looked down at her book. "Next question, my lord." Well, he'd tried. Perhaps a more circuitous route was required to win her trust. "What book are you reading?" He nodded at the tome she'd set aside. "Adam Smith's Wealth of Nations." "Truly?" He blinked at her. Most men he knew couldn't finish that book, and he'd never given much thought to whether a woman would read it. Not that he didn't think a woman could manage it, just that it was so bloody boring

I Loved The Wrong Alpha

I Loved The Wrong Alpha

the woman agreed with Lyra and the man looked at me. “Please, back me up here,” he said and I shrugged. “I actually agree with the ladies. There is nothing like enough books. Get her more books, king.” “She prefers this book men to me. Why should I help her do such a thing to me?” “You should still get her the book. She knows that the men in these books are fictional and will actually make no sense in real life.” Lyra scoffed and picked up the book the woman had pointed to. “This book here has my all time favorite male character in it, Thor Nelson. After reading this book, I prayed for a partner like me for weeks. I still do.”

Hottest Man Alive

Hottest Man Alive

"Why also praise stories like that? Are there no other books that are of higher quality?" "Hahaha... that's why, you better read before commenting. It's like you've judged someone 100% bad even though you've only met them for a few days. That's an unfair judgment!" "I only caught what I saw!" "That means your thinking is shallow!" "All right... all right, so what's the point of the story?" "Why don't you just read it yourself?" "Just tell me!" "Hahaha...well, the point is about a man who is said to be the most desirable man, has a perfect life, yes everything. His goal is to conquer as many women as possible as a manifestation of his childhood trauma disorder."

he muttered, more to himself than anything else. His eyes landed on the shelf. Books. He walked over, scanning the titles until one caught his attention. “How to Be a Better Man.” He let out a small, dry laugh under his breath. Of course. He pulled it out and stared at the cover for a moment before opening it and flipping through the first few pages. The words were simple. Straightforward. Advice. Steps. Explanations. He tried to read. He really did. But after a few lines, his mind drifted again.

Honey, Love Me One More Time

Honey, Love Me One More Time

“You’re right.” “Many girls think that the rich and bossy CEOs in romantic novels are manly. But I think in real life, a gentle and considerate man is much better than any bossy CEO. Manliness is never reflected in a man’s domineering words or wealth. A manly man should be gentle and powerful enough to protect his beloved woman.”

"Eason." "I've been told that the jiggle is the best part of hitting it from the back." He tucked a bookmark into the book and closed it before looking at me, "What's on your mind?" I looked away. "What are you reading?" "How to Teach My Sister Better Evasions Tactics." I scowled at him. "Yeah? A bit of light reading before bed?" He tilted his head. "Nah. That's the Kama Sutra." I laughed and nudged him. "You're terrible."

It's a good book but very short chapters. in all honesty, you can skip 5 chapters, and they will still talk about the same thing in the next chapter. I got bored in the beginning, but if you keep reading, it gets better.

I liked the book. However, I felt that things were wrapped up in a hurry. There was no explanation how set came back and no epilogue to finish up the last few strings of the kids and the castle. Love it overall just wished a few more things were explained.

replied the man. Bella nodded slowly. The woman cleared her throat for a moment before returning to reply to the man's words. "That's right. History is important, I also liked previous history books before plunging into the world of romantic novels. It's just that, you're so weird. Your face really doesn't show the face of someone who likes reading books, especially history. " "Is that so?" muttered Stev coolly. The man refocused his eyes on the book in front of him.

Hello, sorry I just inform this. The story I revised is still in the previous story. So, if you have read up to chapter 162 (the chapter before it was revised) then, you can read the rest of this story after chapter 281 later. Thank you for your understanding♥️
