Baby Daddy To My Quadruplets

Baby Daddy To My Quadruplets

"I am looking for books or journals on werewolves," The librarian nodded and led me to a section dedicated to mythology and urban legends. She handed me a stack of books and journals, cautioning me to handle them with care. "Be careful with these, Officer. Some of them are quite old and delicate." I thanked her and settled into a quiet corner of the library. The dim light from the old-fashioned lamps added to the ambience as I opened the first book. Ancient tales of werewolves and lycanthropy filled the pages, recounting stories of cursed beings who transformed into wolves during full moons.

A Werewolf or A Vampire

A Werewolf or A Vampire

Caroline put her foot ahead then her mind said, " Hey! What are you doing? How can you believe in a stranger and that also in a guy." She again put her leg back. "Why are you thinking so much? Just get inside before he changes his mind to give you lift and leave you here alone. You're already a werewolf, brave daughter of a strong alpha of a pack." Her heart persuaded her. "So what if you're a werewolf? Nowadays, humans are more monsters than werewolves. " her mind warned her. "Oie.. Caroline flustered and uttered, " both of you stop fighting." She said so loudly that he got confused too and muttered to himself, " Both? " and he looked around out of the car from the window, " who's the other

But if it was possible… As the search results populated the screen, I clicked on the first article that caught my eye, hoping it would shed some light on my problem. Article 1: The Mythology of Werewolves 'Werewolves, also known as lycanthropes, are mythical creatures that appear in folklore and legends across various cultures. The transformation into a werewolf is typically associated with the full moon, although variations exist in different traditions. The exact methods of becoming a werewolf vary, but common themes include being bitten by an existing werewolf, a curse, or practising dark magic. The notion of werewolves congregating in packs is prevalent in many legends, often in remote o

The Dual Claim

The Dual Claim

“The Pack is curious, they want to meet their Luna, and I don’t want their first introduction to be at the pack run, pyre ceremonies.” “Wise choice, Alpha,” she said. “I’ll be off then, preparing my blessing and choosing my herbs.” We hugged and Elara swept from the room with as much flair as when she’d entered. Soree sat back down and devoted her attention to her homework. I strode over to the bookcase and looked at some of the wolf lore books arranged on one of the upper shelves. I scanned the titles and chose two that I hoped contained information on dead wolves. I brought them back to my desk, and flipped through them. They were written long before a table of contents was probably even a

Bound By Magic And Moonlight

I feel the familiar pang of frustration building. Then I spot it. A deep green cover tucked between two broader books, nearly invisible unless you were specifically looking for something. “Beasts of Blood and Shadow.” I pull it out and sit at one of the long reading tables by the window, flipping through the worn pages carefully. Halfway in, I see it, just a single sentence in a chapter discussing ancient shapeshifters: "Some scholars believe the myth of the Lycan to be a predecessor to the modern werewolf, a creature of greater power and darker intent.”

Run.

Run.

Lya The book I had found on my bed was interesting, to say the least. It had been wrapped in an old cloth, and the warmth under my skin when I skimmed my hand over the cover confirmed it was embossed with silver. Given it seemed to be a book about werewolves, and we had a sensitivity to silver, that was a peculiar choice. I wondered if it was filled with information they didn’t want just anyone reading. I hadn’t gotten much into the book - just the introduction of the Wulver Pack, its location, and when it came into existence - when there was a knock on the door. I went over to open it, not at all surprised that Oliver was on the other side.

A Werewolf's Print

A Werewolf's Print

You'll understand this more as you read the book! In addition, I only use the term 'werewolf' in this story but they are not the traditional lore that is 'cursed' or a 'beast'. They are more of shifters, like of lycans who can control their transformations from humans to wolves or vice versa. To put it simply, they are like the 'wolves' of Twilight with special gifts so I call them werewolves in this book. Thank you and enjoy reading!

The Accidental Werewolf

The Accidental Werewolf

“I did not know that.” “Of course you didn’t…no one ever taught you anything.” She finishes her ice cream, thank Goddess, and takes a few sips of the soda. “Are there books I can read or something?” “We have a pretty well-stocked library at home.” “I like libraries,” she says, almost absentmindedly, “I used to spend a lot of time in them. Pretty safe place to hide, with the added bonus of books. Never found much beyond fiction about werewolves though. Some books about the lore from different countries. Most get it wrong.”

I had a hard time liking the FL's sarcasm/strong opinions in the first chapters, but she grew on me as I continued reading. The writing is good, and so are the descriptions. Hardly any grammatical errors, and the pacing is fine. Great job author!

Is this book done? I hope there is more, it’s a great book!! I know I shouldn’t but I kind of feel bad that abbadon died. I can’t say he’s a good guy for sure but I kind of feel sorry for him in a way. He did seem to love her in his own way

Abnormally Normal

Abnormally Normal

Howl Of Modern Angst? In the 20th century, popular literature and films kept the stories alive. One of the most famous horror movies is the 1941 The Wolf Man, starring Lon Chaney, Jr. Scads of other films and books followed. Jack Nicholson played a werewolf; so did Michael Landon and Michael J. Fox. Today the Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer and the True Blood series by Charlaine Harris contain creatively crafted werecreatures, along with vampires and other monstrous beings. So where does this present obsession stem from? You could blame Harry Potter, who had a wolfish professor named Remus Lupin. You could point to the Internet, which teems with fan-fiction sagas of shape-shifting and wol

Just need to be edited, overall I love it, it has it's originality, it's start like some crazy sitcom and ends up having this climax, my favourite character has to be Goblin, I like how you portrayed his character, he's someone who was hurt because of the werewolves and vampires issues, overall nice

She Runs with Wolves

She Runs with Wolves

She’d piqued my interest and, at last, my canines began to pull upwards, and the aching in my jaw settled. “Werewolves, for instance, are forged from pure aggression. They are expert at winding lies into their own mythology – the Curse of the Moon, for example, made people believe that they needed a full moon to shift. They will say anything they can to get what they want. And what they want is… death. Death and destruction, vengeance and power and tyranny.

I am loving this beautifully written book! The author takes the time to craft the characters and the ways the natural world mirrors this inner world. I love that this is a very different kind of Alpha!
