The Clandestine Saga

The Clandestine Saga

she exclaimed. They dropped to their knees, attempting to pull up the floorboards. Meagan saw a small sliver around the edges of some of the boards. “Look! It’s hinged,” she said sliding her fingers into the crack and flipping the door open. They were staring at a very steep staircase that led into the blackness. Shane led the way, and as they neared the bottom of the staircase they saw there was a thick oak door. Pressing his ear against the door, Shane listened intently. “Someone is crying,” he said.

Broken By You

Broken By You

Hades will kill me after this if he finds me. I limped to the stairs, before slowly walking down, holding the railing tightly. My body burnt in searing pain, everything hurt so bad and my knees wanted to buckle up any moment now. I just have to make it out of here and find a way to contact home, I'm sure they wi- A scream left my lips as I tripped on my dress, falling down the staircase. Pain shot up my spine as I fell down the stairs, hitting each and every step till I fell on the floor at the end.

Things Slip Through

Things Slip Through

When we hit the bottom of the stairs, we smelled the rot again. “What the hell?” “The window’s not broken.” “Where we came in—it’s closed. Fitzy propped it open! I know he did!” We tried once more to run but again found ourselves rooted around the pentagram as a heavy thing slowly slid down the hallway, much closer, this time. We struggled and ground our teeth until finally Fitzy managed, “Wreck it. Gotta . . . wreck it.” And again we did. Only to find ourselves quickly returned to our spots, the sliding even closer, now. After the same interminable fight, Fitzy choked, “Wreck it. Gotta . . . ”

The bully's slave

The bully's slave

Oh, forgot that I smell so bad. “What is that smell?” Mommy asked, still covering her nose. “Sweetheart, what happened to your dress? What happened to you!?” she asked in shock and turned her gaze to Yaya Celine. “S-She fell into a canal,” “Into what!!?” “Did you fall in, sweetheart, or someone pushed you?” She slowly turns her gaze to Yaya Celine. “I fell on my Mom, I wasn’t looking well...” “I already said monitor her, Yaya Celine! What’s the use of taking you with my daughter if you didn’t keep a good eye on her!! What if something bad happens to her because of your carelessness!”

A Luna for the Lycan King

A Luna for the Lycan King

“Let’s get back to your party.” I giggled, taking his hand in mine. We walked over to the door. The moment we touched the handle, the floor beneath us opened. I was weightless, falling into the unknown darkness below. I reached out for something to grasp onto as I felt Lyle’s strong arms wrap around me, pulling me close to his chest. Together, we slid down a slick and slimy stone chute, our bodies gliding effortlessly through the strange goo that coated its walls. With each passing moment, we descended deeper into the mysterious depths, the only sound echoing in our ears being the soft whoosh of our descent and the occasional splatter of the goo against our skin.

If you haven't read a JM Snap book yet, you will not regret it. The stories are woven together perfectly. You will laugh, cry and probably scream too. So far this book has, betrayal, mates, vampires, a jealous woman and secrets. I'm sure it's gonna be a great book!

This is by far 1 of the BEST books I have EVER read. This Author's mind is truly brilliant. You can vividly see when someone has found their passion & is invested in their craft. In true honesty I'm amazed at the different depths in which this Author's mind is able to go. Extraordinarily Brilliant!

The Vampire Prince And Her

The Vampire Prince And Her

Water dripping from the ceiling at the far corner had liquified some of them, creating odorous, slimy pools across the floor, underneath her shoes. Like a rabbit caught in a snare, she spun around to flee too late as he was coming back down the stone stairs—right out of the dungeon—with slow, dreadful steps. The stilettos that were not made to run in slipped as she was forced to stop near the doorway. The dark liquid splashed her feet; the slimy, gooey touch felt different from all the blood that had stained her hand throughout her life. “Some of them are mine,” he muttered, almost dreamily, as he halted at the foot of the stairs, his face half-shadowed.

51: The Series

51: The Series

After a moment, he walked to the side of the road, picked up a stick, and returned to where he had been standing. “He’s going to poke it with the stick,” Lindsay said to Little Bob in disbelief, both knowing that was a bad idea. They watched as Max poked the creature with the stick he had found, and they were right. The result was not good. The creature proceeded to spew some type of mucus or slime-like substance on him. It was not a little, but gallon upon gallon of slime. As soon as it started, Max tried to turn and run, but instead, he slipped on the goo and fell. By the time he made it back to his feet, it had stopped spraying him with slime, but he was covered from head to toe. All he d

Throwing My Ex in the Slammer

Throwing My Ex in the Slammer

After he was done, Carlisle shoved me aside impatiently, as if he didn't want to continue touching me for even one second more if he could help it. I was covered in a layer of sweat all over because I was in so much pain. I hopped down from the countertop. However, I lost my balance and fell to the ground with a heavy thud. The sound echoed loudly in the stall. Yet, Carlisle didn't even bother stopping in his tracks to check on me and left without looking back. I shakily crawled to my feet and started cleaning myself, washing away the blood from my behind. Carlisle was always very rough with me. He'd never care whether I was in any pain or if I'd get sick or hurt.

The Sound Of Ruin

The Sound Of Ruin

The third had rot under its face, clean as a lie. “Hold,” I said. Jamie’s weight had already committed. The wood bowed. The nail that had once married tread to stringer gave up with a small, decisive sound. The fourth step folded like paper. I lunged forward, and reached the stairs before the debris finished falling. I caught Jamie by the back of the jacket and lifted him onto the landing like a cat removing a kitten from danger. His feet scrabbled on air, then found floor. His noise went from bravado to shock.
