Clouds, dappled with grey, slowly began to unravel across the sky. A few hours later a rock loomed up ahead. The closer we neared, the more I realized it wasn’t a rock so much as a mountain. Though, it was unlike any mountain I’d ever seen. It was black, for one. There wasn’t a hint of vegetation or life anywhere on the thing. Only black stone, glittering eerily. Orion, who had finally managed to scrub the lingering kiss marks from his face, scowled at the rocky prison. “Welcome to the Chasm.”

Then I put them into my backpack. By the time I was done with this, they were both ready to leave. To make things less awkward Elzie had already shifted. Orion was huge, fully black with silver streaks running throughout his fur and a cresent moon on his forehead. He looked a lot like my wolf, but something was off, but didn't have the time to find out why.

He is a perfect A student, even a topper in the entire school. His grades have always been perfect and no one can break his record. That makes people envy him but at the same time his arrogance arises a desire in them to kill him. Mr. Gorge smirked while he adjusted his lens on the high bridge of nose. "Zion...." Someone called him but he didn't hear. "Mr. Black?" This time a more formal and stern voice grabbed his attention. Zion lazily looked at him but stayed quiet. He was waiting for Mr. Gorge to speak first. Mr. Gorge gritted his teeth and said, "Mr. Black would you mind coming here and drawing the whole nervous system?"

Firelight danced across the carved beams overhead, throwing shifting shadows over the gathered pack. Her path took her close enough to the dais that she could see Orion clearly. He wore black tonight—a simple shirt and trousers, the fabric cut to move with him rather than encumber him. The Moonshadow crest was pinned at his shoulder in silver, the crescent moon gleaming faintly each time the flames caught it. His dark hair was pulled back at the nape of his neck. The scar along his cheekbone, barely noticeable from a distance, lent his face a certain hard-earned gravity up close.

The street lamps began to crumble just like they had done the day of the accident, the earth crumbling as the ground quaked. “Seems you could use a little help, little vamparina.” A masculine voice resonated in the air. Vamparina? There he stood, along with my parents, his eyes red, his black dreadlocks running down along his face, his muscles big, merging perfectly with his physique, his perfectly chiseled jawline with a black cloak on. “Blood!” They groaned. “Back to the underworld.” He said as he raised his hands. The air stood still, flame engulfing the creatures in a minute. Groans filled the air as they began to disintegrate into soot, flowing along with the wind.

“I’m waiting.” He held his hands up defensively. “Okay, Okay, easy.” He ran a hand through his blonde locks and stared up at the ceiling for a moment before continuing. “I didn’t want to tell you because you’re leaving and it’s not your concern... but... in four days Landon is stepping down as Alpha and they’re holding a contest. Rune and I are competing.” In Blackwater, the Alpha of the pack wasn’t determined by some birthright, but by the strength and worthiness of the wolf. Only the most powerful and most honorable was allowed to lead the pack to glory.

’Good morning staffs, I would very much like to make this meeting a very short one’ The manager tells us. ‘For the new staffs who do not know the boss, this is mr. Jones Black, C.E.O of Mars private hospital, which you all know has branches all over the continent’. The manager says, addressing the fine piece of art beside him. Mr. Black just waves at us, a light smile on his lips which makes my breath hitch. I know I am sounding like a hopeless romantic right now but I can’t deny the attraction I feel towards this man. ‘Oh. My. God! He looks even more stunning with that smile’. Goldie says, twisting a strand of hair around her finger as she stares dreamingly at Mr. Black.

Fluid was rapidly pooling beneath Belle's feet and running down her legs. For one long, stunned moment—Neither Ethan nor Park moved. Both men simply stared. Completely frozen. ****😳😳****

Blood, too much blood, was soaking the blue silk, turning it black. Oreon looked up as Kael approached. His eyes were not human. The whites were gone. They were pools of swirling, molten gold and abyss black. His teeth were bared in a snarl that belonged to a wolf, not a man. He looked at Kael. "Save her," Oreon commanded. His voice was a guttural growl that scraped against the stone. He stood up, lifting Eltonia effortlessly. He shoved her into Kael’s arms.
