Blake On Madam Secretary Novels & Stories

Five minutes to get him to the platform for his oath. “Honey!” Katherine Davis entered the room heading to hug her husband. He hesitated but returned the hug. “It’s time! Can you believe it?!” Her eyes settled on Alyssa and the smile grew wider. The weapon of every First Lady. “Katherine Davis! Nice to meet you!” “Alyssa Pope. She is the Director of the Secret Service.” Richard interrupted before she could answer. She simply smiled and shook Katherine’s hand.

Damien was still glaring at the man kissing his secretary. Someone is really kissing my secretary! My Secretary Kim in the office! "Isn't that girl I saw at your house the other day?" Claire said after looking at the direction he was facing. "Yeah, she is. My secretary." Damien answered. If Claire didn't drag him here forcefully to have fun, he wouldn't have seen this. Well, he was somehow glad he's here. "Well, I guess her and her boyfriend are quite having fun."

• Four years with the company • Started as an intern • Gradual promotions • No absences • No warnings • Flawless “Too flawless…” he muttered. That was exactly what bothered him. The memory came uninvited. The scandal. The entire company had known. There was no hiding it. Harry Albuquerque’s affair with his former secretary had exploded like a bomb—empty meetings, averted gazes, whispers in the hallways. Nathan still remembered his mother’s expression when everything came to light. It had scarred him deeply.

He looked rich and handsome from behind. “I…” Just as I was about to speak, he turned around, and my eyes widened in shock and disbelief at the sight of who it was. “Who are you and why are you in my office unannounced?” His deep voice growled, sending electrifying waves down my body. How was it that I was standing before the almighty Brian Hill, President of Sierra Cure Pharmaceutical, and feeling drawn to him as my second-chance mate? I trembled. “I am… I am Alicia Harries, your new secretary.” I bowed my head briefly.

“I meant my wedding vows. I’m not just giving up on him.” She keeps scrolling, fingers dancing. “And… ooooh,” she breathes. “Here we go. James Hale seen alone at the Hale Foundation Gala. ‘Where’s Savannah?’ says the headline. Ohhh and next headline: ‘Savannah Blake Breaks Off Engagement, Flees to Europe with Bad Boy Rocker Damon Cross.’” I stare at the screen. “Damon Cross? Who’s he?” “You don’t know Damon Cross? Do you live under a rock?” “I listen to country music and bake desserts for a living.”

(OLIVIA POV) Blake was already at the breakfast table when I came downstairs. He was never home this early. He looked up from his coffee. "Board preliminary meeting at ten. I need you to represent me." I pulled out my chair and sat. "Alright." He looked at me a beat longer than necessary. Something behind his eyes that his face didn't show. Then his phone buzzed and he looked down. Madam Chen set tea in front of me. Our eyes met for half a second. She moved away.

"Do you think he really is?" Blake frowned thoughtfully, his small voice firm. "Mom keeps saying not to think about it. But I know it. The man on the TV — the way he looked at her. And we look like him. He's our dad." Jake hesitated, twisting his fingers nervously. "But she'll be mad if we say anything." Blake grinned, a mischievous spark lighting his face. "We won’t say anything. We’ll just… write." Before Jake could protest, Blake darted into the office. The tablet on the desk still glowed faintly — Kate's open mail window blinking in the corner. She’d been drafting a message to one of her partners, but hadn't sent it.

"How do you know this, if I may ask" Blair leaned back in her seat, tilting her chin, as she steepled her fingers in front of her. "Let's just say Luca Padova is a sleazy old man who loves to run his mouth, especially when he is stressed, and I'll also be vague and say I'm an acquaintance of his personal stripper... Just because I stay couped up here, it doesn't mean I don't get around". "Spare me your horrid life details, I want to know where Gabrielle took Blake".

Looking over to her table, she was absent, and I didn’t know if I was to be relieved about that or not. Turning my attention back to my table, I spotted the file I had forgotten. As I checked through it to confirm it was mine, I heard hushed voices from the small room adjoining my office. “Yes, I heard Mr. Bladen is in serious trouble because of the news. I don’t have all the details, but I’m sure it’s legit because why else would he be absent from work at this time?” The words were from an unfamiliar voice.. “Hm. You always hear different things. I wonder where you got this one from,” another woman responded skeptically.

Blake said with an evil smile, sending shivers to her and everyone else in the room. “Mr. Elon, I’m sorry, but there is no cure.” Hana swallowed her saliva. “I see. Then how are we to handle this Head Master?” Blake asked and turned to the Head Master. “Now, see here, I don’t know who you are.” The Head Master began. “I thought it was clear. I’m Blake Elon, husband to Claire Elon, the woman you have assaulted by removing her memory of her life with me and her children, and right now, I’m trying very hard not to destroy your little Sect here.” Blake said without any emotions.
