Torn Between Mates

Torn Between Mates

"You're bleeding! I need to call-..." "No need," Blaze shakes his head at me, smiling despite his severe wounds. His voice is so weak. "I will heal from these wounds if I'm close to my mate," He coughs then, "I didn't know she was a slayer though," His words got me staring at him, and then I catch his head in my arms when he blacks out.

Now that I am all caught up, can't say nothing but I enjoy this one immensely. It makes me laugh, it makes me not think (about life, which is why I look for in a book), it makes me feel good. Its masterfully written, excellent paced, fun and easy to follow. Cannot recommend this one enough

Absolutely amazing story! A definite must read, completely captivating Very well written and I love the characters. I’m on the edge of my seat reading this story, I really hope everything goes well as I would hate for Catherine to win and I worry she can control him. Anxiously awaiting update

Mate of an Alpha Prime

Mate of an Alpha Prime

Well that was embarrassing he noticed her uncomfortable blush. “Sorry, you aren’t really wearing much. Plus you keep staring at me as I work.” She stretched the liquid bandage over his thigh. It immediately adhered and she could see that his healing was starting again. That was good. The bandage would stay in place and dissolve around the wound as it healed. It would act like a second skin.

I would give this story more than 5 stars if it would allow us. This story takes you on an awesome adventure that is written so well you can picture everything clearly in your mind like you are there. Excellent job. Patiently waiting for Ziekily's story. Hopefully they get Verlex and the maidens.

His Pretty Little Liar - The Devil’s Snare - Book 1

His Pretty Little Liar - The Devil’s Snare - Book 1

Niko There is no painkiller available, so I brace myself as Sven takes on the critical task of patching up the jagged hole left by the bullet. With a steady hand and an unwavering focus, he threads a needle, meticulously preparing to stitch the two sides of skin that have been forcibly separated. Every prick of the needle feels like a sharp jolt, each tug a reminder of the shot endured. I grit my teeth, forcing myself to maintain composure as I watch the world around me blurring in and out of focus through bleary eyes. Bianca's earlier theft of the medical gear now weighs heavily on my mind, amplifying my discomfort as Sven deftly works, weaving the sutures with expertise honed through exper

Breeze Through the Blaze

Breeze Through the Blaze

Before I could ask, she explained softly, "Mr. Lutz left ten minutes ago for a meeting. Give me a minute. I'll call his assistant." I wanted to say it was fine, but she bolted, leaving me alone in the room. As I struggled to sit up, I noticed my arms and right calf were bandaged. Lying still, I hadn't felt much, but moving around brought a searing, bone-deep ache. "Ow!" I grunted. The door opened behind me, and I thought it was the nurse. "You don't need to call them." I turned and saw Colin, his face marked with handprints.

Those workouts drained me the most, but I felt myself geting stronger every day. September was halfway gone now, the Firelight Festival looming on the horizon. I listened to Torrance babble on about the upcoming night, feeding off her livelihood and exuberance. Moments with Torrance felt so light in comparison to the dark, heavy cloud that sat above my head. We'd grown closer with Alex, as well, and as the days waned on we found ourselves falling into routine. We'd meet before training in the same spot on the bleachers, a neat little spot carved out just for us. Alex had found his footing when it came to sparring, but his movements were still awskward and sluggish compared to ours. We gave h

Falling for My Mafia Stepbrother

Falling for My Mafia Stepbrother

All I could see was red, everything else was just a blur. I didn’t know if there were any fragments left, but from what I could tell, it seemed like I got it all. Finally, I grabbed the suture needle and the clear fishing line. It took all my willpower to start stitching his wound. I tried my best to keep my hands from shaking—after all, I was piercing a needle through human skin, not fabric. I had no idea what kept me going to finish the job. The stitches were messy, but at least they were done.

"Stitches have ripped, you'll need new ones." "Now?" "It's a long drive back to base, unless you want to bleed out then yes now," Blake said. "The wound has reopened completely." "I think I'd rather bleed out than go back," I said and Blake scoffed. He started to thread a sterilised needle and looked up at me. "I got nothing to numb the pain, it's going to hurt," he said and I saw a bottle of vodka get passed to Blake. "Why the hell have you got vodka?" I said.

The Son of Red Fang

The Son of Red Fang

“All right Mr. Jamison. You’re looking really nervous right now. Have you ever had stitches before?” “No sir” “We figured as much. That’s why they called me. So, this is what happens. Angela’s going to rinse it out with a combination of lidocaine, steroids, antibiotics and saline. After that will be the shots. There’s a lot of them because you need multiple layers of stitches. While she’s doing the shots, since this is your first time, Patrick is going to hold your head still while I hold your hands. They do burn and I don’t expect you to hold it in but you can’t fight either. You can kick your feet as long as you’re not pushing your body off the table. Squeezing my hands helps quite a bit a

I’m the author of this book and I apologize for not getting on here sooner. This is book one of a four book series. At least I hope to fit Cole’s story into four. After 262 chapters this book had to end and I’m currently working on the next. Return to Crimson Dawn eta June 2023.

It was physically painful to keep reading—but I don't mean that in a negative way. I connected with all of the characters. I loved the book. However, it takes a truly strong mentality to read such traumatic content. I used to consider myself one of those people, but this book shattered my heart.

Sold To The Stongest Alpha

Sold To The Stongest Alpha

I yelled and slammed the door shut. I hurried towards Liam and put the blow torch down. I helped him take off his blazer and I tried my best to push the shirt out of the way. I turned on the blow torch and flame shot out of its narrow mouth. I looked at the wounds again and Liam. His eyes were narrowed in pain. I had never done this before. I didn't know how long I had to burn the wound before he could start healing. He looked at me. "Here goes," I said before I brought the blow torch to the wound above his belt.

Bound by Blood, Fated to the Two Alphas

he frowned, his brows furrowed as he studied me as if checking for more damages, "You should stay still. Or else you'll reopen your stitches" "Stitches?" I repeated after him, confused. I had blood that could heal anything. What does he mean stitches? I ripped the blanket off, my gaze sweeping over my own body. My stomach clenched at the sight of the stitches and bandages. "But...wasn't I supposed to heal faster?"
