“Look at your dirty husband. It’s time for him to take a bath. Why don’t you help me with my bath and change my clothes? I’m sure this is not too hard on you.” He wanted to laugh. He was excited when he thought about how Quincy would serve him and help him shower. “Very well.” At that moment, Quincy was extremely furious. She forced a smile. “You want to take a bath? Sure. I’ll help you!” Then, Quincy lifted her leg and kicked Darryl’s butt. Splash! Darryl had not recovered his internal energy; his arms were not fully healed yet. He could not even avoid her kick; he flipped and fell into the tub.

Quincy was watching all that, his breaths were heavy because of exercise but I paid him no heed and went straight to the kitchen. “Your boyfriend?” He came in and opened up his tracksuit zip revealing his perfectly toned abs as he placed the groceries he had bought on the way back. He shops himself since he’s awfully peculiar about his food and the quality of it as a vampire. Yes, Quincy is a vampire. His real name is Quincelet but I don’t know his surname and how old he really is since he said he stopped counting near two hundred. “No.” I filled the glass with water, “Just a friend.”

Her dress and walking gait is a bold combination that doesn't beg for attention but instead, DEMANDS attention. “Quincy!” Both Zuby and Brie call the name at the same time after the lady—who is now revealed to be the Quincy—reaches us. One after the other, they hug and peek Quincy’s cheeks before letting her go. “You guys look so amazing! I'm so happy to see you guys!” Quincy squeals happily, and I don't know why, but her smile is so fucking beautiful and contagious. She looks like she is glowing and happy not just because she is the birthday celebrant, but like this is who she is every normal day of her life.

I almost spat out my juice. “Deserves you? Then you two really are perfect for each other. A fake and a dog. You two deserve each other for sure!” “You little…” Jace raised his hand to slap me. “Stop.” A cold, calm voice cut through the room. Quincy was standing beside me. I had not even noticed his arrival. He wore a plain suit. He stood tall and straight. His presence felt distant and sharp. He glanced at Jace like he was staring at garbage.

have been trying her number but it's switched off~ she explained and that made me so confused ~maam Quincy left my place yesterday night and I saw her entered the bus too~ I said ~well Quincy isn't home and her phone is switched off, son am scared~ she said and I can feel her pains too ~its okay ma'am, I'm gonna come over now~ I said and hang up before going to inform the others. Quincy I woke up with a banging headache and I slightly opened my eyes to see my environment. I was in a room designed with the color blue, a bed on one corner and two set of chairs and also a small table.

“But since even you misunderstood me, I have no choice but to treat everyone to a free show.” He took out the memory card and walked further into the room, placing it back into the camera to play the video. The crowd followed him and gathered around the camera. The room was now filled with people, all staring unblinkingly at the video. When it got to the part where Quentin pounced on her, Quincy flushed red and turned the camera off. Quentin’s face, on the other hand, was deathly pale. “So that’s what happened.” “Quentin’s just a beast in human clothing.”

I breathe. “That’s what Wren calls her.” I look up at him. “Oh, I didn’t…I wouldn’t …” Why the hell am I so nervous? My heart’s pounding, stomach twisting. “It’s fine. You’re good.” “VP’s got magic hands,” Clay whispers. From the corner of my eye, I see Ray flinch and I glare at Clay, almost decking him for that title. And then Quincy steps out. A blanket draped over her body, and dragging on the floor. Her eyes are blood shot, nose red.

Then I can tell you both about the others. Quincy nodded and went into the bathroom attached to the room. He pulled off his filthy shirt and washed his hair, face, and arms in the sink. Then he used the paper towels to dry off as much as possible before pulling the clean black T-shirt over his head. He was surprised that it fit him. She had even managed to find him a small travel stick of deodorant. He swiped it on and gave himself one last look in the mirror. "Much better," he said to himself before exiting the bathroom. Carla stood next to the bed, checking on Daryl. "Okay, so tell me about the others. How's the baby? Did anyone check on Leo? What about Ivan? Will he be okay?" Quincy was e

" Quincy huffs from outside, really close. Jonah stiffens, turning slightly to look at the door but keeping me in sight as if he were scared I'd somehow escape if given the chance. He clearly didn't trust me. Quincy steps into the room without waiting for a reply. Her presence alone immediately shifts the air. I nearly sigh in relief. She takes one look at Jonah standing rigid by the door, then at me sitting stiffly on the bed with my hands clenched in the sheets and she rolls her eyes. "Acting all tough," she says dryly. "Relax your tits once in a while Jonah. No need to scare people."

Quincy’s mother had been talking about for so long. His mind flashed back to something Mrs. Lucy had said, “That drink Mrs. Lydia had, I heard it was some kind of special herbal tea that your mother’s friend brought over.” Quincy’s icy gaze fixed on Tiffany and her mother, making them both shift uncomfortably in their seats. Tiffany instinctively leaned closer to her mother, clearly uneasy under his stare. The older woman glanced at Quincy’s mother, unsure. “Is this your son?” she asked hesitantly. “Quincy, you’re late!” Mrs. Perez exclaimed, quickly masking her tension with a bright smile. “Come over and meet Aunt Clara. We’ve been friends since middle school and we went all through high sc
