The hut felt hot and stuffy. Even though the windows were old and open and the door had been kicked open. Keira and Annie sat together, tied against the rotted wooden pillar in the middle of the room. Their blindfolds were still wet, and their breaths were shaking. Keira’s blonde hair looked scattered, and her blue dress looked torn, with blood spoiling the silk. She could feel her badge, Moonclaw’s crescent moon, still pinned to her chest, but it was hidden just under another layer of cloth.

On top of the dragon's imposing head, a man was wearing a black cloak and a hood that looked more imposing than the kings of the magical world. "Ariet, are you satisfied now?" the deep voice from the blond man asked, the sharp eyes stare the hood man. The hood covered almost all faces, just could be seen the beautiful fox eyes with his gorgeous deep blue iris. The hooded man didn't say anything, just threw an item at the blond man, soon after he left with his dragon. The blond man had an incomparably unhappy look on his face; He grabbed the eternal life chalice or Saint Grail. The chalice was very simple, nothing too refined. Actually, that chalice was the simpler item that this blond man ha

She, in total, had three shards of the halo on herself. Sight returns to the land of Marvava where the others were. Khloe, behind the rock, Pete-- camouflaged and the lady who had a shard of Azazel's halo instantly stopped. The colors of her iris swapped instantly as she was dormant to motion. This caused Khloe distress as she had a slight change of movement. She, the lady, turned over to the guards who followed her, she walked towards one, had her right hand placed on his head and suddenly rays and flares depicting the life source of the fellow flowed out of him and into her. She gasped at the power she absorbed as his yells engulfed the whole area in the first five seconds and after that,

After everything they had endured, Halle knew without doubt he would never lead her anywhere dangerous again. “Just a little further,” Xavier coached. “Watch your step.” His sturdy hands on her waist aided Halle in navigating what felt like a small staircase. A few more shuffling paces forward and they finally halted. Halle quivered in anticipation. “Can I look now?” “One moment…” She heard the smile in Xavier’s voice just before he moved behind her and untied the blindfold at last. “Now you can open your eyes,”

This made it easier for him to pull, but more importantly it gave Hannah a more comfortable ride. She made certain his posture collar was on tight to prevent him from turning his head. Hannah also tightened the bit gag in his mouth then attached leather reigns to each side of the bit gag. She did not put a training hood on him but instead secured a strap over the top of his head from one side of his bit gag to the other. At the top of his head the main strap had two more straps at the front and the back. The back strap ran down the back of his head and was secured to a ring on the back of his posture collar. The front strap ran down his face between his eyes and separated into an upside Y ar

The black helicopter lowered, the wind from the blades kicking up a blinding cloud of white powder. “I’m here!” Faith shouted over the roar. Let her go! Silas’s voice laughed over the speakers. “Walk to the center of the yard, little wolf. Once you are in the dampening cuffs, your mother gets to live.” Faith walked slowly. Every step felt like a mile. The lead Silencer stepped forward, pulling a pair of heavy, black metal handcuffs from his belt. These weren't normal cuffs: they were lined with the same obsidian as the Void Blade.

She followed closely behind him and the two disappeared into the forest. "Did you notice?" Weaver asked and Alex nodded. "Her brother is blind. That's probably why she thought it best to talk it out." Alex said and Weaver nodded. "Don't tell the others about the male being blind. It'll provoke some of the others to try and run him off." Alex said and Weaver nodded in understanding. "I'll take a group to start setting up markers upon our new territory." Wever said and Alex nodded wondering how someone who couldn't see had survived this long. He had help from his sister but he didn't seem to rely on her. . . .

It had a chequered front strap, double diamond grips, stainless steel and engraved frame, polished gold finish of the Wilson Combat Classic Super grade handgun. Eden had seen it in Malakai's hands multiple times and absolutely loved it. In all honesty, she was just taking it now to piss Malakai off, and trust me, it worked. Malakai was fuming, Eden was going to be a lot to handle, he could already tell. He knew she would not be easy to control, and that was an understatement. Eden had become one of his best too. By the time Malakai reached his office, Eden was long gone.

“Can you do a Binding Anchor Hold?” Hazel blinked. “A what?” “A Binding Anchor Hold. It’s some spell that roots the target to a fixed point using multiple anchor points. It’s way stronger than a standard cage. It drains like a bitch, but it’ll hold something that powerful for a long time.” Hazel’s expression flickered with annoyance and frustration. “No. I don’t know how to do that.” She looked like admitting that pained her physically. Mama Felz didn’t look surprised. “Of course you don’t know. Fine. Watch and keep the fuck up.”

They seemed far too skilled. The intruder was wearing a black suit that seemed to somehow avoid light, making it even more difficult to keep my eyes on them. I squinted through the binoculars, and when the person halted briefly at a security camera blind spot, I spotted it. Just on their shoulder was a small embroidery. It was a small, silver embroidery: a blindfolded eye weeping a single drop of blood. My blood ran colder than the night air. The Pale Oath.
