"Shut up." Her laughter echoed in my mind, but I pushed it aside, standing up with effort. My legs felt weak, the residual effect of the scent still clinging to me. Walking toward the window, I let my fingers trail along the polished wood of the furniture. The entire room was crafted from the rarest mahogany—dark, rich, and exquisite. This type of wood was nearly impossible to find, existing only in the wildest forests. Everything about this place reeked of power and wealth.

As it is in another building but is still connected to the pack mansion. The room exuded an elegant aura, adorned with rich mahogany furniture and gold accents. It was a mixture of three colors: the shades of the furniture, gold, and their official color, black. It ain't easy to pull off this kind of combination, but surprisingly, it fits Blood Moon quite well. This room was anything but humble, just like the rest of the place. The study was massive, taller than it was wide, with bookshelves climbing all the way to the arched ceiling. Dark mahogany wood glistened with polish, every edge and angle carved with detail. An entire wall was made of glass panels, currently frosted to block the harsh sunlight, casting a soft silver glow across the space.

The grand hall was made of mahogany glass and had a huge chandelier of gold in between the house. A huge wallpaper was seen on one of the walls. The wallpaper was European design with Greek themes in the frieze on the ceilings and walls. The predominant colors were dark blue with tan and gold highlights, creating an interesting contrast to the original interior trim painting of ashen pinks, tans, pale blues and black detailing. This combination of colors is repeated throughout the floors of the house. The tall, heavy, varnished wood doors have as the top panel, colored glass panes of amber, blue and pink, in a geometric design.

The wood was beautiful in itself and had a platinum hue reflecting the colour of the metal itself. There was a subtle iridescence with hues of blue, green, and violet shimmering across its surface when touched by light. It was captivating and extremely scarce.

Lana's P.O.V. The dark mahogany wood of the large brown table was particularly interesting. The lines and swirls of the knots in the polished wood were a lot less intimidating than the wolves surrounding it. I had never seen so many large men and women in such a confining space.
