I stepped out of the vehicle and walked to the arched portico where three bouncers dressed in black stood on both sides of the barrier. The foremost one nodded at me and granted me admission before I could even say anything. “Welcome to the Deadly Nightshade, Mr. Grey.” I stepped on the red carpet into the three storey building. The club has a sleek and modern design, with a purple and silver color scheme, and a lot of glass and metal accents. On either side of the long hallway were pieces of abstract art and sculptures. The carpet led to another doorway that granted access to the club area. There was a desk beside the door and a pretty lady smiled at me ushering me in.

With that, we made our way to the Blue Onyx Club. It was the newest hotspot Sarah and her crowd wouldn’t stop raving about. The moment we stepped inside, the heavy bass of the music pulsed through my chest. Neon lights flickered overhead and cast a dreamy glow over the crowd.
