Saat ini Milky Way diatur oleh Cosmos Government, Pemerintahan terbesar di Galaksi Bima Sakti. Dan juga ada beberapa rumor tentang ESDA (Organisasi Luar Angkasa Jahat yang Gelap, Kumpulan Jin dan Iblis/Makhluk yang jahat) yang selalu meneror kedamaian yang ada di Galaksi. Dan ada beberapa rumor yang mengatakan ESDA adalah Organisasi gelap dari Cosmos Government. Di sinilah kisah seorang gadis berusia 16 tahun dimulai.
