I regained control of my breathing after Sam had vanished completely. The spell's rules and directions were still fresh in my mind. My breathing must be steady, and I must recall a happy memory. I concentrate on Cole without being distracted, and chant the spell. The spell must only be used on humans, which has been confirmed by Cole.
