Book 16 The Iliad Novels & Stories

They all gave up when Elinda Milburn was supposed to scream for help, but the voice box refused to utter even a single word. They were now instructed to carry on with their plan B. Anasticia was to mimic Elinda's voice, call for help, and hide. When the guards turned around, Elinda was supposed to try running away, but since she was weak, she couldn't run the way they wanted. That was when Lucas was to shift into an ogre and pounce on her to rip her apart before the guards could reach her. And that's what they did. "Just what the fuck happened?" General Levi asked, wiping sweat from his forehead with his palms.

If that's the norm, I won't care if I'm included or not. I just went to the library to read a book about Eleftheria. Maybe there is information there about the volcano. I will just pour out my anger and annoyance there. I am being immature and I don't understand myself either. The Palace library is spacious. Even if I spend a year reading it I won't finish all the books. Fortunately, it's easy to find what you need to read here because there are names. I went to the row where there were books about different parts of Valeria. I saw there a book about Samona, Caracass, Avalone, and Valencia. There was also a book about monsters in the Valeria forest and Eleftheria caught my eye.

Sighing, I grabbed a chair and dragged it to where I thought I would find the books I so desperately needed. Reading the titles, I let my finger trail on the spine of the books until I found the one I wanted. "The sun god, Apollo," I read the title, and my eyebrows scrunched. Miall said her name was Ylil, and I guess generations and translations lost the message. Grabbing the book, I pulled it out of its home and held it in my arms as I started looking for the other books. "If you're looking for the other books, I'm currently busy with them," a voice said, and I looked behind me, confused.

Curl nor Iliya couldn't say anything about it, they didn't know what to do next. Pradai went to the hill and went up the tree house. She opened the door to see that the tree house was becoming old, cobwebs were all over the place, and the smell was not too pleasant. She went in and looked at the books and found the one which she always read, she opened the book and flipped through it and came upon a page she hasn't seen before, it was written with an old ink, however, in a language she couldn't recognize, but somehow it made sense in her head as she kept staring at it. "The God will take whatever belongs to him, and with the lycan-vamp and other demons and creatures, God of the strange."

other useless mediocrity. Besides the letter I also pack a yearbook, This is the esoteric book of our wolf clan, it will show you how to use your power, and make the most of your skills. werewolf super. If you can practice Well, the bottomless abyss, or the ten thousand zhang high mountains, can be easily crossed." Ian read the letter with his face changing rapidly, then he curiously turned the pages of the book. In the book, every word is a word, going from easy to difficult, from basic to advanced.

Prologue II: Pyre, 3113 Pyre Av 5, 3113 Stephan Caliphus, King Everything was on fire the night he finished the book in the back room of a borrowed house. He laid his glasses down on the desk in front of him and rubbed his tired eyes. The crackling of flames could be heard as the city burned all around them. The blood curdling screams of the men in the streets where they died was enough to make the blood of the fiercest warrior run cold, but he was a man of empathy and it hurt him more than it did the others.

A good place to read and study. After placing my things on the seat, I make my way straight to the mythology section of the library. In this part of the place, you could see different kinds of myths; Greek, Norse, Asian and more. Upon scanning the title of the displayed books, my eyes were caught by a familiar author, Priam. I hurriedly extend my hand to reach for the book, but another hand grab onto it first. I turned my head to the direction of the owner of that hand, it was a man just a little bit inches taller than me.

Mylan asked grabbing Ula by the shoulders so she could look into her face. “The Ocean God, he’s coming for me. He's looking for the book, but I can't let him take it. If we don't get everyone out of here now, you all will die.” Ula said, as she tried to stay focus. Mylan dropped her hands and just stare at Ula, she couldn't be talking about, the book. But as she looked at the fear in Ula's eyes, she knew Ula was telling the truth. It made sense because Warlus told them that the Ocean God was trying to find the missing pieces of the original bible written by the King of Kings himself.

Foster a questioning look. “It’s all about the history and things you need to know about Olympus. Read at least the first ten pages before going to your classes later.” My jaw dropped at her remark, “Are you saying I should read this hefty book?” I complained, knowing that I am not much of a reader of history books.

Alessia's POV I have read the book. It was a typical old storybook that sounded very English and Greek. I cringe a little because what I'm reading sounds like Julius Caesar. It talks about Greek gods, especially Poseidon since Homer's journey travels the seas. I feel like I'm getting a headache reading it because it's a story but the writing is poetic. But I understand because the ancient people were poets. I am too used to reading normal English novels. I just focused my attention on the book because there was nothing else to read there besides this. Even though I'm not used to reading like this, I'm just patient because it makes me sleepy.
