The next evening my sister brought up the costume party that would change my life forever. Sorry, that's "cosplay party." My sister and her friends were into dressing up in these costumes. A lot of guys were into it as well, but it wasn't something I'd ever been interested in. When she asked me if I wanted to dress up in a costume and go to the party with her, I looked at her and shook my head. "It's not even Halloween!" I objected. "Why would you have a costume party?"

Their conversations became mature very fast. “Well, I’m not in charge of it at the moment,” was his reply. “I’m sure Dylan will think of that for Halloween. He likes things like that. He went through a cosplay phase during his teens.” The memories were coming back. Dylan had loved Halloween parties because he could have a much more expensive costume than everyone else. If something involved being flashy and showing wealth, it was guaranteed to be something his cousin loved. “What did he like to cosplay?” Lucas asked as he opened the fridge.

I was dressed in a well ironed blue shirt, and an extra baggy jeans. Yes, don't judge me. I know it looks weird, strange, bizarre name it. But that was the only way I could hide the goddamn hips. She happily said while rustling over her wardrobe and hurriedly changed her clothes. “Let's go!” She naturally grabbed my arm and dragged me out of her room. “You're wearing ordinary clothes right?” I asked while I was currently being dragged by her. “Yeah, don't worry. I'm dressing up in a maid outfit. If someone would ask why we're dressed strangely, we can just say we're cosplaying.” I felt helpless, but seeing how much she was enjoying this—and noticing how the gloomy aura she had been trying so hard to hide had finally disappeared, replaced by pure delight—I decided to let it be.

I was still rooted in my spot, leaning against the side handle of the bench. "So what do you need me to do?" I shifted to a seating position, nearly sliding off the bench but I quickly regained my composure, laughing awkwardly to ease the tension, "I'll need someone with good manipulation skills on a computer and a wig." He knitted his brows, his lips pursing in thought, "I'll pretend to understand the first part but what do you need a wig for?" I smiled cheekily, answering ominously, "Cosplay." ........... "I'm having second thoughts about this."

Since it was a paying fan base, she decided on something flashier. At the back of her closet, there were some sexy costumes that her fans bought. She wore them only on special streams, and most of the costumes looked like they were from some kind of sex shop. London wasn’t a fan of cosplay, but some of these costumes looked spicy. She enjoyed the adoration even if the skirts were almost nonexistent. It wasn’t something she could ever wear out in public, and most of them weren’t even suitable as pyjamas.

The next morning, Jay was just about to leave the house when the three children appeared before him. Baby Robbie and Baby Zetty were dressed in children's tuxedos, and their hair was slicked back into a mature hairstyle. Traces of makeup could be seen all over them. Jay ignored them as he asked, “What are you doing?” “Daddy, we’re cosplaying as Mommy’s favorite movie stars. When she sees us, she’ll be so happy. That's when I saw the cat masks, I popped them into my cart and the rest became history. I ended up with a couple of fishnet sets, a cute nurse cosplay outfit, knee-high socks, nipple clamps and a pretty gag ball. I thought against the last two, fearing it'd scare her off, but I just couldn't. I was dragged back there over and over until I added them as well. But now? After my little creepfest, maybe not buying it yet would've been the best idea. I reply curtly, like I didn't nearly pop a nerve because of her late response.
