The supposedly locked door suddenly opened slowly which made him surprised. “What was that?!… It was an automated door?” So, there’s no key needed to open the door but they have to find the button that connects to it. And lucky for him, if not for the book falling down, he wouldn’t be able to find that button.

Sliding my hands into the pockets of my blue boot-cut jeans, I at long last noticed the details on the dark-brown wood of the doors. There was a carving of a faceless mother with an equally faceless girl on her lap, her arm was wrapped around the child’s neck and she was holding a book as she did so, reading to her. On the edges of the semi-circular doors were more carvings of half-opened books, full-opened books, closed books, dancing books, and flying books… in every possible angle, arranged at these heavy edges like a frame. There was also the carving of a faceless man with glasses on, in a kind of dignified kingly stance with a staff in one hand and an opened book in the other.

Upon seeing the hidden door, Kevin couldn't help but exclaim in his mind, 'Damn! There really is a secret room!'

I have been reading this old dusty book for about an hour now, I groaned and gave up on the book, I got up and went to go put the book back, but when I was about to put the book in the slot I saw a little door. There was a button on it so I pressed it, it made a little squeak which got everyones attention, they stared at what I was doing, I opened it fully, inisde there was a giant leather book. , everyone yells in unison. I stand up and walk out of the room. I walk down the stairs and towards the backyard. I halt when I see a door. I have never seen this door before. I open the door and see an office with books in every shelf. A chair and table with a laptop on it, newspaper beside the laptop. I walk to the shelf in the hopes I see an intriguing book. I see one title, 'What lies beyond'. Catchy title. I will take it. I grab it and the shelf opens. I couldn't see anything because it is dark and smell of dust.

I said. He nodded and left my office, I glanced at the contract that Charlotte gave me then began to have doubts about signing it. I decided to go and check the books we had at the storeroom just to keep my mind busy. I went through the boxes that were there then I accidentally knocked a pile of books down, under that pile of books there was a button. I pressed the button and a secret door opened, behind it there was a passage which seemed like no one used it. I wanted to see where this passage went so, I slowly crawled through it which was a very long passage. There were voices up front so I became as silent as possible as I approached the voices.
