As I tried to stretch to grab it, I lost my balance and fell onto Steve's chest. He caught me by the waist and pulled me closer to him. With one hand holding the book, he looked into my eyes, and we were dangerously close. I couldn't help but gulp, feeling a sudden rush of emotions.
