Fae magic is different from Wiccan magic, unruly, wild, and because it can be sourced from the earth, it is limitless and supremely powerful. Mythical creatures, the ones she's only read in storybooks and fairy tales peppered the land. Dragons in iridescent scales flew proudly overhead, their large wings spanning almost twenty meters long, and their heights at least two-storeys high.

After the boys had left my room, I went through my bag and pulled out my favorite book, Night Flame, by Catherine Hart. I sat back in my chair by the window, prepared to spend the rest of the afternoon reading when a shiver ran down my spine.
