Books For Her Novels & Stories

It was an orchestra that which her ears kept longing to hear. Forcing herself to look away, Hera turn the light on and sat down on the bed. Five books were propped open on it, the contents highlighted and annotated. Hera was reading them when she fell asleep yesterday. It was weird and natural at the same time, as though she was meant to be a bookworm from the very beginning.

I told her as she stood quietly beside me. “You’re going to teach me? the one who goes around killing innocent people.” I looked down at her in anger. Ignoring the comment, she had just made. “You first need to start by reading these books.” I passed her the books, “It’s about our family history.” “You want me to read all these books? There’s too many Aspen.” She struggled to hold up the books. “That’s right, get reading.” ***

I protested to my parents in either skipping the school or transferring to another school but they forced me to be here as this is the only school which is best. I reserved a place in one of the seats available though nobody was there. I kept my bag and went in search of a nice book. I went to the thriller books section and searched for a book, perfect for reading at this moment. ‘The black coffee’ by Agatha Christie, the great author, caught my eyes as I wanted to read this book for a very long time but I didn’t get to.

She moved to another aisle and I followed behind. Then she asked again, “What's the book about? Do you remember?” “Yes, it's about elementals and how to master the four elements,” I responded and she stopped in her tracks and turned swiftly to face me. “Not many people come here looking for a book like that, why do you want a book like that?” She asked, her expression displayed confusion. I simply said, “I need it to master the elements.” She tilted her head to the side, and just like she realized something, her eyes grew wider.

“You need to heal completely. After you've stopped feeling guilty, getting back your healing abilities is the next thing to do.” I step closer to her and take the old and dusty book in her hand. I read the inscription and it is “My Herbs Book.” It is a book where she wrote all the herbs formulation and it looks like she has just gone back to retrieve it from where she had abandoned it for years.

I raged, my anger finally exploding. "Found it!" She exclaimed as she lifted it up. It was her favourite novel she was currently reading, "Ghosts Book", that she found in one of the drawers. She started reading the series a few days ago, and ever since then, she has never gone anywhere without the book. It was something about supernatural creatures or something, I couldn't care less. "You need to be more advanced and tougher with your training, and you really have to watch your tone with me, young lady," she warned as she walked past me and went outside to meet my younger brother,r who was outside with Dad.

"I have a condition. Bibliomania. Medically diagnosed." "That's a real thing?" "Probably not. But it should be." She finally looked up at him. Really looked. Her eyes were dark and direct and slightly amused. "You're very tall." "I am." Axel wasn't sure what to do with that. "Do you need help with those?" "The books? I've got them." She demonstrated by immediately dropping two. "Mostly." Axel picked them up. Read the covers—both romance novels. "Good books?" "The best kind. Loud heroines, complicated men, happy endings." She took them back. "You don't read romance."

I tell her, pulling a book from the shelf. "That's okay," she says with a slight chuckle. "I'm still trying to be the single orgasmic woman." "Okaaaay," I say slowly, wondering if she expects me to comment on that. "There are different types of books depending on whether it's for you or your partner," I explain, noticing her wedding band for the first time. She replied, shrugging and moved her attention to her book. “King? Palace? Do you even know what you are talking?” I asked her shaking my head and walked near to the cupboard for the first aid box. “It is nothing! I started reading some pregnancy books and saw that after a few months, I have to read some good children’s stories for the baby when it is in the womb itself. I was never a fan of them, so I am trying to read them now to get used to them.” She explained and sighed at the end.

There’s also a bookshelf that holds a dozen different sci-fi and fantasy books, including The Lord of the Rings, my favorite book of all time. Interested now, I pull up her bio. It’s relatively short. Sci-fi and fantasy fan (books and movies). Well, that’s cool for a start. Ravenclaw. A Harry Potter nerd. That’s okay, so am I. Shield maiden of the Rohirrim. Oh, she’s a real fan ofThe Lord of the Rings.
